It really can depend on our Hi-Pro 60, since there is a secondary air-line option. A standard Hi-Pro 60 with a CFM of 185 will run you 60-70 minutes, with an output around 150-250 sq.ft/hr! Can blast delicate, as well as industrial! 5PSI-123PSI.
Yes, any blast pot will require some type of air or strong pressure to blast the media through the line and out of the gun. Our systems, however, typically require way less of an air requirement than other blast pots on the market, one of the many things that sets us apart from every other blasting pot in the market! A Pro 9 requires a 17-19CFM.
Yes, this is an environmentally-friendly: IBIX Water and oil resistance additive Sealer when blasting! We call this Protect-It! Feel free to contact our offices for additional information at Sales@Ibixusa.com or (727) 322-4611
Good afternoon Tom, The IBIX Pro9 requires a compressor that produces between 17 to 19cfm, at 116psi to operate most efficiently. If you need any further information. Please feel free to reach out to us at Sales@ibixusa.com. Thanks for your time and have a great day.
Hi again, I'm getting clogging everytime using garnet 240mesh, I suspect moisture is entering the airline. Do you use an air dryer to ensure dry clean air or just an extra water trap. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Cool tech and would be super handy for several things I'd like to do around the house, or at the lake, however, and I don't want to be "that guy" but when you demo your product you should choose a color, other than black, because we're all watching, and assuming, that the flame is going to just char whatever is being powdered coated and with black it's a toss up whether it's being powdered coated or charred...leaving us squinting and thinking, "Did you paint it or burn it?" In my opinion using a brighter different color (blue, green, yellow) would make for a way better product demo.
