I’m a passionate collector of Vintage Toys, Antiques, and Rock-n-Roll Memorabilia. My treasure hunts take me to Flea Markets, Yard Sales, Antique Shops, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace. Collecting has been my hobby since the early 1990s. Before the days of eBay, I rented space at the "5 & Dime" in Lambertville, NJ, and on occasion set up shop at local Flea Markets.
You never know what I’m going to Find, Buy, Sell, or Keep! This channel is my way of sharing my adventures and discoveries with you. I hope you enjoy coming along for the ride. Thank you for watching!
Great Video Jason, I am over here in Thailand making YT Videos and when relaxing I enjoy watching all these cool Vids of yours, keep up the great work mate. Will give you a shout out on my channel
I´m so happy i came across your channel, cool and interesting items, and just a relaxing time watching. So tired of all other "picker/reseller" video game hunter videos . Good joob! Now im gonna go and check out your older videos, a perfect way to spend a Sunday :)
Did some research on that B.D. Floyd bad ass art you found. My eye caught the Beatles behind the Stones one you found. Should have grabbed it for 60. His art is worth 500-2 grand depending on what subject. Maybe it’ll be there next time and you can snag it!?
Oh man! I knew I should have grabbed that! I will look for it today. Not because of the money, just because it was so freakin cool…I bet it’s gone though. Thanks a bunch for the info!
Hi Jason, another great video with some killer finds amongst your travels.Btw,love your Hong Kong Phooey plush toy lear your glass display cabinet.thats totally awesome.keep up the great work as always.Brendon (your biggest fan Down Under)
I would’ve bought that “Star Man” David Bowie Picture too!!!! There’s a Star man, waiting in the sky, he’d like to come and meet us, but he thinks he’ll blow our minds!
Fun finds man. Like that Universal Monster BK set and the Spiders from Mars pic. 😮 Not into Funko but that Greyskull and Skeletor was pretty sweet. Thanks for the videos Jason.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the video! The Bowie photo is pretty sweet! I am not real Funko Pop collector, but we have a couple of them. Thanks a bunch for watching! 🙂
Thank you for the info! I had a hunch you can get Beatles pin for much cheaper. I like to spend $1 - $5 typically for vintage pin backs unless it’s KISS, they are worth more. Thanks for watching! 🤘🙂
Hi Jason ! Great video ! A lot of interesting items. My favourite being the Skeletor with Snake Mountain figure 🤩 Love the David Bowie picture as well 🤘As for the sexy vintage calendars I would have picked the complete set if I've been there ! lol 😂 Have a nice week and thanks a lot for sharing ! 😃
Next time I'm there at the GN flea Market I'll have to keep an eye out for you and say hi. I typically hit that once a year and in the fall. No worries, I hunt for different items.
The really good early vintage pez do not have "feet." That's a sure sign they are older. If they have feet, although some have a little value, most are not worth much. They started putting "feet" on the Pez in 1987. If you can find them before this year, there is a chance to make some money off them depending on the character.
@@JasonDymondI love sharing knowledge and also learning from others for new knowledge. We can all help each other out in our attempt to find the good stuff. I've been watching your channel for a while and I have to say, I think every single video I learn something new. Thanks for the great video!
Hello been a huge fan I subscribed weeks ago everything you are doing from A-to-Z. You are a fucking fantastic dude keep doing it love every single minute of it. Thank you so much greetings from California bro.😎👍🏼
Jason , you'll laugh but my favorite item you picked up was the Micky Mouse frozen pop's . As a kid we had the same one and mom would make them out of Goofy Grape funny face mix . It had to be from the late 60's or early 70's .
Good morning! Excited to watch after scrolling nothing but bad news and drama! Being stuck in bed for a year waiting for spine surgery, shows like yours really lift my spirits and let me feel like i am back at flea markets and sales myself. You and your girlfriend make a perfect team! 🌺🙏🏻💛
Love those Star Wars glasses! Really hard to find here in Straya. And I don't wanna risk buying them from a US seller in case they break in transit. Chuck in obscene postage and it could cost a mint for broken glasses lol MASH cardbacks looked pretty nice. Those days in the 90s when you rushed out to buy the _Sports Illustrated_ Swimsuit edition 😍😆
Hi Jason, I really love your channel. I used to religiously go to lambertville from 1990 to the early 2000s. Back then it was really incredible what you could find and for what prices. When I visited last year pretty much all of the old timers I remember were gone and the quality and prices of things changed alot. The place just felt dead.I really believe that the Internet killed fleamarketing and yard sales. Having just said all that I have to say that I really enjoy your videos though.
Thanks so much! I agree, Golden Nugget was definitely better in the early in the early 90’s. They used to let dealers put stuff in the middle of the isles so it was jam packed with stuff! Every table was taken all the way to the end, including up top was full. So awesome! We used to rent a display case at the 5 & Dime in Lambertville back then. However, you can still find a lot of stuff up there, you just have to keep going. I also agree eBay was a game changer and definitely affected the markets. You would see so much more quantity and quality of vintage toys prior to eBay. Thanks a bunch for sharing and for watching! Heading the Golden Nugget in a few minutes! 😀👍
@@JasonDymond good luck I hope you find some good scores ! Yes , I remember the 5 and dime Steve had a great store before that he owned a small shop called boomerbilia. I will always remember Leslie from love saves the day walking around with her dogs and her purple ghost busters style Hearse. How times change...
Steve and Paul were very cool! They used to let Debi and I use their pool at their house in Lambertville in the early 90’s! Haha I remember Leslie too, I purchased a set of Mego KISS dolls from her many moons ago! She owned that building too. 🙂
So jealous of that Breakin' poster! I highly recommend Flea Market Falcon if you like watching other peoples thrifting channels. The guy is funny and he puts in a lot of "Florida" moments in his videos.
Like the ghost comic books never seen those before. Can’t go wrong with the Friday 13th hockey mask specially for that price! Some of those little Star Wars go for good money. Was that Han Solos ? Great video 👍😎🐆
The way you can tell if it's an original Kenner vintage weapon is if you put it in water and it floats or put it up to the light and if you can see through it. Sometimes they're blue black or just solid black. There's a couple websites you can also Google that can also tell you. Usually there's a seem in the middle too
Thanks a bunch for all of the info! I did the float test when I got home and it sunk right to the bottom. It did look pretty close to the original but after close inspection, a couple things were off. 😀
