Hi..where are you seeing moisture on tiles? In your tiled toilet/balcony/terrace? Wherever it is though the joints are epoxy filled, it must have debonded which is resulting in moisture percolating up. What is to be done is to identify the water source, arrest it and regrout the tile joint for a seamless bond..

For sun exposed applications, you have to specifically ask for UV stable epoxy tile joint grout and only a handful of companies it like Kerakoll, Vura etc. What you have to do next is the get a tiling person, ask him to remove the filled nor nal epoxy from the tile gaps with a grinder blade carefully and fill UV stable epoxy grout in the full depth of the tile. This should resolve the issue.
No, not necessarily. As the treatment is not a coating, but a reactive chemistry, the effect will remain till the treated area remains intact. If in any areas you find issues, such areas only need to be attended to.

It's not a polish. It's a reactive chemistry which work with silica molecules in every construction materials and make it hydrophobic without creating a coating.
Good question. When tiles are laid unscientifically, leakage occurs below the RCC slab due to water getting trapped below the tiles. This causes many serious consequences such as RCC spalling etc. In such a situation, what conventionally people do are to remove the tiles and re do the entire process which will again cause the same issues in some time and it is also a cumbersome process. The tiles have anyway reached the end of its service life as the owner was planning to remove them due to leaks. In the featured video, the leaky tiles aren't removed; but given a strong Waterproofing coating which will extent its life without much hardwork. Hope this answers.
