I wanted to ask ik this vid is 6 years old, but the way you play here how do you do like inputs? you use wasd and okl; so both hands have access to all keys does this help with like play because i find it difficult. e.g. I use my left hand for left and down and my right hand for right and up, when i try hitting left and down with my right hand its really hard and when i try hitting right and up with my left hand its also difficult. do you ever use your hands to hit the same not your other hand is hitting?
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMi wonder where the music engine is used...HMMMMMMMMMMMMM
I'm thinking about buying this pad. Is it penny modded or are you playing on the pad as is? Also were those misses from the pads lack of sensitivity or did you legit miss those?
When penny modding make sure to put a couple tapes under the penny where the wood is, that way the penny lays flat on the metal and doesn't tilt toward the wood, which would make it too sensitive and do pad misfires
Some issues with the original vocalists apparently caused Dynamite Rave to be replaced with its Hottest Party 3 remake, and for all its remixes and End of the Century to be removed from american DDR X onward. Sad...
Except Extreme even back then had a lot of content from previous mixes removed from it too. I remember wondering why Make Your Move was not revived with all the other Good Cool songs on there. Couldn't have been vocalist issues, JP Miles had several other songs in the game at that time, and even these days Don't Stop is STILL in the 4th mix folder of DDR on current releases.
Those are Licensed songs, which were added to promote Toshiba-EMI's line of Dancemania compilation albums. They can't be in the games forever as the rights to use them expire eventually. They've been missing since 2006, removed from DDR SuperNOVA. Toshiba-EMI is also no longer around, so licensing rights are now scattered across different labels. The last effort to have these in the game was in DDR X3 vs 2ndMIX, which revived all Dancemania licenses featured in 2ndMIX besides STRICTLY BUSINESS and had a different cut version of HERO. Many iconic Konami Original songs are still around though, which I feel define DDR just as much if not more than the licenses, since they are provided by DDR's own music team. Many early DDR releases in America and Europe lacked these licenses as well. Nevertheless, Dancemania songs will always be among the most iconic songs to be featured in the franchise, and was a big factor in its popularity. Fun Fact: The original cut of Butterfly was never featured in any american release of DDR! (Besides one Xbox game)
That’s honestly a very narrow minded opinion. Imagine to hold that much nostalgia that if 3 freaking old songs are not there it ruins what the game is to you. You must be one of those boomers that won’t touch anything after SuperNOVA 2.
@@samuelbg12 You shouldn't be that's downright shameful. But then again looking at your channel you have a knack for old outdated music no one listens to anymore. The world moved on you're stuck in the past. Like an old creep.
Maro You gotta get used to it, but i feel it's a more optimal way to play since it allows you to do crossovers like in an arcade, without bumping fingers together
