I have a 2016 Mustang GT, non magna ride, I lowered it on H&R springs almost 2 inchs, and added almost everything BMR you have in this video other then the new bushings in the rear-end it self and the BMR springs, for the most part I only put BMR suspension in my car to get rid of the bad camber I got in the rear once I lowered it 2 inchs, NOW since adding all these parts I have an annoying metal sounding clunk when I drive the car at low speeds, feels like whenever the ground level changes the suspension moves it clunks. I dont notice it at higher speeds only low speeds, Ive had 2 different shops look at it and also my own shop, and no one can find where the noise is coming form other then drivers rear end, this has been going on for a few months, now I have removed EVERYTHING aside from the upper link and rear as I dont want to get the camber back, and its still doing it. Also I forgot to add I also switched the rear sway bar to BMR. any idea on what is doing it and how to fix it? I know its not effecting the car but its driving me nuts, also with all this and the stop the hop parts I still have a nasty wheel hop, also the upper Camber Link on both sides of my car hit the frame when I hit a bump, and no that isn't the noise im hearing as at first we thought that so we filed the upper kinks down to clear and it doesnt hit anymore but still hear the noise. how do you design a part that has to be modified to work ?
Are these arms compatible with the stock mount/member, or do you have to install the BMR k-member to run them? Also, can you explain how/why the taller ball joints are better? Thank you
Yes, you can install the lower trailing arms without the uppers! TCA059, TCA060, and TCA061 are designed to help specifically with wheel hop on your vehicle, while the upper trailing arms (UTCA058, UTCA059, UTCA060) are designed to adjust camber.
@@BMRSuspension Thank you! Im going to get some lowers. I have BMR front endlinks on my 6th gen and they keep clicking and getting loose. Im going to spec idk what else to do.
I have these on my 77 Camaro. They're great, but the sway bar end link alignment is way off. I have literally all new suspension and steering components, but I think this misalignment is causing me issues. A quick online search reveals I'm not alone with this issue . .
Just installed these on my 78 cutlass. Lowered the rear 3/4 inch and front 1/4 inch. Looks ridiculous. Not sure why. Expected it to be at least 1 inch on all four corners.
This video is 7yrs old. Which means u have sold hundreds if not thousands of these braces... so how is the new set i just installed wont allow the e brake cable to work? Also nothing in the installation instructions either.... how is this even a issue?
Why is the rear control arm support on the drivers side in the way of the e brake cable? Seriously u couldnt do better or offer insight on how to fix it?
I love these guys on account of affordability and the fact their products are built strong. So far i have their strut bars installed on my 15 rt challenger and im impressed. Highly recommend them to anyone 👌.
Would happily trade my bmr sub frame for a stock one for my 94 camaro, been fighting the bmr ,for fitment issues for awhile now, car is still on the lift
So if my engine measures 2 degrees tail shaft down and I have rubber bushing control arms so I need to subtract 3 degrees I should be at -1 degree at the rear end?
Great kit! I already purchased your front upper and lower control arms and I just purchased new QA1 coil overs for all 4 corners. I’m gonna head over to Jegs and purchase this kit! Should look and handle really nice!
Bought all of the adjustable bmr arms for my 18 dodge challenger ta 392....was good for about a year and upon inspection noticed hairline cracks at the welded ends then saw a few videos on you tube where they were breaking....so when I bought my 19 dodge challenger hellcat redeye I went with the top of the line AAD complete suspension and have no clunk or noises.
Air ride suspension ? I want to lower my widebody scat and I seen a lot of ppl with bmr eibach and h&r not sure which is the best. I like the ride height of the bmr and h&r
