Thank you for such a practical test! Is there any difference in altitude above see level between your starting point and finish? And another cross-check, which seems strange for me: computer said consumption is 28.1kWh/100km and travelled distance is 207km. Than you spent 28,1*2,07=58.2kWh. 3% of 75kWh left in battery is 2,3kWh. So, where is another 75-58,2-2,3=14,5kWh?! Almost 20% of brand new battery capacity disappeared due to relatively low outside temperature? Or computer doesn't count energy spent by HVAC?
I enjoyed your video, the back was amazing. A question your way. I have been thinking of buying a EQC, have been advised the car navigation by Mercedes is free for a year there after you have to pay. Is the same for you.
I like your honest simple way to test and present conclusions. I'm also a EQC owner. I love that car . Is not the most efficient but confort wise and user experience scoring really top high.
Hello there! I would like to ask you: Would you recommend to buy Canon Legria hf g50 for interviews or for shooting video lessons (I just need to have a bit blurry background and a clear face (like famous RU-vidrs do like Ali Abdaal or Marina Mogilko)
Greetings everyone. If your Cub Cadet single stage snow blower carburetor ever gets plugged, this video will walk you through the process to clean the carburetor thoroughly. The black plastic jet under the idle screw must come out to clean it properly. If your engine is surging and only runs with the choke on, then that is the jet that causes that to happen. The best thing to do is disassemble the carburetor and give it a good cleaning. Good luck and hope this video will guide you through the cleaning process. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uAHdhuDpeKw.html
I have the same machine I like it but the two problems I've had is both wheels completely freeze up and end up dragging....I've completely soaked them in wd40 and still didn't help. The 2nd problem is the chute tilt cable freezes, the cable ending up breaking, other than that it works good for the price! Mine is about 5 or 6 years old and has the 208cc motor which helps throw the snow ❄️
To help with the freezing cables use silicone spray. Spay it on all the moving control parts and cables. I do this with my two stage with cables that control the trigger steering. I fabricated scrapers for my wheels and that was the end of snow build up on the wheels.
@Russell Maddock tell me more about scrapers on the wheels, not sure what you mean? I keep putting wd40 on them but the left wheel always gets jammed up frozen.
@@jeffthejinjer Hi Jeff. I just came in from using the blower. Used it for about 45 minutes in 8-degree temps with no ice buildup issues. The best way to explain how I made wheel scrappers is to take a picture and see if I can find a way to share it with you. I am not tech savvy, so maybe I can get my sister-in-law who is coming over tomorrow to take a picture with her phone. I may have to send the picture to you using e-mail. I have no idea how to attach a picture using this forum. Just wanted you to know I got your inquiry. The scrappers seem to work really well. Hope I can help you and others with this ice buildup problem.
You undermined this video when you cut through the snow at only 1/2 pile towards the end of the video. Shame on you. This beast could have taken on the full width of the cut. How do I know? I own one. THUMBS DOWN for poor experimentation....
If your cable is damaged, you may need to replace it. Easy fix. I use silicone spray to help keep the cables from freezing up. I even spray the bottom of the shoot base to help it move freely. Silicone spray is a must for cables and the moving shoot mechanisms on any snow blower. Hope this helps.
Thank you for your video. I’m driving to Switzerland tomorrow with my eqc. 4 persons luggage including 3 pairs of skis. Good to know what the consumption will be …
Have this unit for 3 years now, first pull start every season! Haven’t tried electric start yet. 3 others have been bought by family and friends. 🇨🇦👍 truly a work beast that is easy to handle. Waiting for snow now. 😂
So sick they can get away with these bad performances.. 411 km range means 411 km range in WORSE case, NOT in best case! And hey, stop the music.. No one is here to hear music!!
Does anybody know the specs and on board 12v battery and tray? Any chance it can be upgraded to something bigger and lithium, like 300AH Lithium ? Does the AC run off the 12v battery?
Great unboxing and assembly. It would of been more helpful if you had talked us through each step of what you were doing but otherwise very helpful. Thanks.
Hey man, hello from England! I have been seriously considering this car and your videos are super cool. You've persuaded me to buy this. I take delivery in October and I can't wait! Thanks for producing these videos and I particularly like the way you take your family on the drives with you. Mercedes should give you commission for my order :) ha ha! Keep it up; thanks again.
@@maartenpeeters141 i ordered it in august 2020 with delivery in november/december same year. But then the 11kW onboard charger came to the november production, so I wanted that in my car. So it arrived me in february 2021 as a 2021 model with 11kW onboard charger
@@techcheck8355 The fleet manager is reviewing the leasing offer in the next 10 days. The only problem could be if the delivery time is too long. I am keeping my fingers crossed 🤞
Beautiful car and what a beautiful country as well :) The only major sat back of this car is the reach\distance 400km is honestly way to short and with all the gadgets activated is even shorter. With the Mercedes E300e or the new C220de you can travel up to 1100km.
In summer we do get up to or more than 417km on the EQC with 4 people and full luggage. I think its good enough for most people, when you are driving more than 400km, you probably have to make a stopp anyway. So its not a hazzle to charge then
@@techcheck8355 sure you need to stop but here is also the difference, with the fast charger you must still wait up to 50 minutes or more to fill it up to max, trust me, if you have small kids, this is annoying as hell. Nothing against electro cars but for me it is still to early in 5 - 10 years maybe with a Netto reach of 800km or more or maybe the hydrogen powered cars will be a better option :)
@@dingdong2103E220d does 1600 km reasonably easily, but it's a different thing. RWD is non-negotiable in winter. FWD in addition to it is a nice option but FWD on its own is a no-go.
Really interesting, I take it this was on Winter tyres. I have just ordered one (3 month wait UK) but have been really impressed by all the tests on this car. Motorway driving consumption not as good as there is less generation but So fast though and just in comfort mode can't see you will ever need sport mode.
