I’m a real estate agent in Dubai. I use ChatGPT for basic stuff like copywriting my listings description but was wondering if I could get more out of it such as market research, sales pitches and even managing my social media for marketing. Would definitely upgrade to Plus if it can help me with all of this and more. What are your thoughts?

Opportunities to milk "passive" income are generally short-lived. First Johnny-on-the-spot milks the cow, then Johnny explain to others how to milk the cow when the cow is past its BB date. Nobody shares the cow in its prime milking condition. It's probably not a guide to AI side-hustles, but war stories of recent success, never to be repeated exactly the same way in a changed world. That still has value, if you understand it for what it is.
Yea I don't disagree with what you're saying except the "AI Side Hustles" in my guide I've actually tested and done myself compared to 99% of other creators on here who are lying to sell courses.
Good question - It all depends on what sources you are using to generate the podcast. I would try pasting text as one of your sources with with questions/topics and see if that helps
What do you mean by "AI content generation test?" AI content detectors? All of these AI writing tools are white-labeled ChatGPT/Claude so it would be the same results?

@@RyanDoserAI it’s not the value. It’s what you get. 40msgs every 3hrs?? I mean, I would be happy to pay more for unlimited. It just doesn’t seem worth it.
Now AI is working from our accumulated knowledge. It is still relatively new. If you could know all of math, physics and so on, you could use that to come up with new ideas from the mixing of diverse and maybe even unlikely sources. Einstein worked at the patent office and this gave him a mental diet of new ideas. Did this help him to get his famous E = M C2 formula? I think it may have stimulated different ways that could have been key to his ability to think into the next step of science. When AI reaches an IQ value over greater and greater it also has the depth of knowledge available. I believe it will at the least, make current products and processes more efficient. We can ask some of the graphics AI to create and it in my experience is a mess currently. However, it is these actual errors that can lead to new ideas.
Appreciate you being here! The outputs from DALLE3 inside ChatGPT Plus are better than MS Copilot. However, Adobe FireFly or Midjourney are higher-quality options than DALLE
Right now, most AI isn't AI, its a search engine on steroids, using an mathematical algorithm to look for specific information based on the prompts that are input by the user. Real AI would be able to create or process outcomes that are the results of crossing into non-prompted areas and doing so without any prompt of those other subjects or areas..

Killer info Ryan! Had a website that did extremely well in Google search for 7-8 years but traffic down to close to nothing over this past year. Rooting for Search GPT. Went through both methods you outlined and subscribed to your channel.
I appreciate you! And I am in the same boat which is why I've been exploring other avenues like ChatGPT (SearchGPT), Perplexity, and whatever other AI-powered search engines are on the horizon. Like I mentioned in the video, I don't think this process is a silver bullet but it can't hurt to get inside OpenAI's ecosystem!
Great question! So after downloading the WAV file you have to edit the audio in a software like Descript or Audacity. I initially saw $20/mo as outrageous, but it makes more sense knowing that this is something that can help you every day in so many different aspects of your life. I think I'll give up another subscription or two to be able to afford this.
