The elites are better in my opinion, but on a rare occasion, have made some noise in rear applications when going in reverse. Otherwise, they stop better, last longer and work really well in cars and light duty trucks. I have also started using the DL severe duty pads on trucks(250+ or 2500+) and they make less dust than OEM and stop just as well if not better.

Duralast GT is discontinued. It didn't last long. I talked to someone at Autozone on the phone 1-800 number about it who complained that they didn't think it was marketed enough and that they thought no one knew that pad existed.
I always get squeamish when someone uses the term "break" rather than the correct "brake." Yikes! C'mon guys. This lends to credibility and we know you can and know better. Thanks
Where did you get your information from?? Yellowstuff are very dusty, and there is no difference in price between Green Stuff, Red Stuff, and Yellow Stuff pads....
My O/E roters last me 11 years, I drive Like a grandma in daily basis Toyota tundra 2012 I just replaced them last week ,I am the first owner of this vehicle bought in 2012
Two months after I purchased the Power Stop brake kit my right rear caliper failed and began leaking brake fluid. After waiting three weeks for the part, they now tell me the ETA is over a month away. This really sucks. I now have to buy and install a temporary generic caliper while I wait for the Power Stop caliper. Don't do it. Right Rear Leak. TT797144
figured i'd try the element 3, now i read the side of the box & they are made in china.... looks like im going back to wagners when im done with these regardless of how good they are. our economy never gets better by buying chinese products
I just bought the Raybestos EHT Element 3, myself, and as long as they stop well and have very little dust and noise I don’t give a damn where they’re made at because I’m going to continue to use them in the future!!! I’m pretty sure that even some stuff that says, “MADE IN THE U.S.A.” is still, in fact, made in another country, most likely China!?!?!? Every big company goes to some other country for the cheapest labor that they can possibly find. Let’s face it man, it’s ALL about the money!!! At the end of the day, most everyone is going to go with whatever cuts into their bottom dollar the least!!! It only makes sense, especially on a business level. These folks nowadays don’t care about where something is made… they are only concerned with how much money that something is going to make them!!! And that is what it’s all about at the end of the day!!! Nothing more and nothing less!!!
So, far so good. I’ve had them on for about 3 weeks and they stop a lot better than my old cheap PepBoys pads. I haven’t gotten on them really hard at Highway speeds yet but I’m sure I will before long and I’ll report back. As far as dust, none to report at this time.
