Honestly when it comes to young offenders being let out, I think the victims family should make the final call. I agree that I don't think he needs to be released but I think the family of the victim should be able to decide.
That’s also kind of a lot of pressure to put on the family tho 😞 because they still are friends with his family and if they made that decision im sure it would cause more of a division
For the first story, I would have a 100% told the husband. Showing love is also making them take accountability for their own actions, I’d except my friend to call me out and push me in the right direction (not that I’d cheat but in general life events). + why would you want to be friends with someone like her ??
Honey, no if that happened and he knows that your house burnt down when you were 16 and you lost everything even your childhood cat now he should have not done that
The way you’re being open and ‘upfront’ with your emotions is something I really like about you and the way you comment on the stories ! It makes me a lot more involved and empathetic with some internet strangers stories. I hope you’re able to not carry too much of all of this in your life ❤ take care of yourself !!
Part 2 of this story makes me believe even more that he's the one who's been unfaithful. This poor woman is about to be blindsided when her husband finally tells her the truth or she figures it out herself. I've been cheated on before by people I've dated, but the pain of being betrayed your spouse, the person you love/trust so much that you married them so you can spend the rest of your lives together, must hurt more than I could ever imagine.
My guess is he's either incredibly insecure (deep down he doesn't feel good enough and because of that he assumes she would want to get with someone "better") or he's projecting and he's been cheating on her (seeing red marks on your spouse's elbows and automatically assuming it means she's cheated is an insane leap to make assuming she's never done anything in the past that could be seen as/or came close to infidelity). I've heard countless stories of wives/husbands trying to understand why their partner suddenly starts and keeps accusing them of cheating for the most innocuous things only for it to come out that their partner was the one cheating on them so I really wouldn't be surprised if this is what was going on here.
Anytime I have any random bruises or red marks from me unconsciously rubbing myself from anxiety scratching or anything my partner aswell is very concerned with the same issue just remind him why you fell in love and all the things you do for your family it makes it easier to show him how much you care and how you would never ruin your relationship!

For the ex suicide story: it is not the boyfriends fault at all. People all the time threaten to kill themselves so that they don't get broken up with and we know that you need to leave when that happens. She cheated and wasn't able to deal with the consequences so SHE took her own life. The boyfriend did no wrong imo
I agree! other than his response to her saying that she was going to, I think he could have gone with out saying that& sending the picture of him kissing the girl but it wasn't the reason she did it. it just wasn't nice
@@jamie.nelson98 it wasn't nice but before this happened she cheated on him. Is sending a pic of you with someone else to your cheating ex mature ? No, but normal/ acceptable? Yes I'd say so. I had pretty much the same happen to me only I found out that she cheated after. She went to the grippy sock hotel and residential places 4 times in the 18 months we were together and she and everyone just said it was depression anxiety when it was actually bipolar disorder. It ended because she broke, beat up her grandma and step mom, bit a cop, got tranqd during the 72 hr hold etc. she was threatening to break into my house, attack me, wished my dog died etc. after she got out. Once she called telling me that she was on the highway about to jump out in front a car because I didn't stay with her. I asked her if she'd like for me to call for help. She said no. I asked if she'd like me to call her dad, she said no. So I said there is nothing for me to do and hung up. I think I ended up texting her dad just in case, but I'm saying these threats happen all of the time. Thankfully she didn't kill herself and so I feel rooted in my belief that my and that guys response was right, but if she would have, the only change I could see making would be calling her dad instead of texting. These threats are super common especially in younger relationships and you just need to leave, their decision to do whatever they are going to do is not on you.
oh my, so sorry that happened to you that sounds like a terrible situation to be involved in :( but like I said, I agree it is not on him at all - 100% not his fault.
my grandma killed herself this year when her mental state took a weird spiral, everything you’re feeling is valid. it’s confusing and it’s hard to cope with because you have to accept that they did it to themselves, i remind myself everytime i think i could’ve done something more that she didn’t want to be here anymore.
I love how empathetic you are. I am too and it can be difficult to deal with at times but I am reminded how beautiful it is too when I watch your videos. The world needs more empathy.
I agree!! its bittersweet. Sometimes its overwhelming lol but in the end I appreciate it and I think that it is so special to be an empathetic person <3
The story where the ex took her own life was so sad. 😢 I wish we were actually hanging out so I could give you a hug! On a lighter note, you low-key match the background again. 😂
I have BPD meds that can help manage the symptoms, but there is no treatment or cure. I do individual therapy and a therapy called DBT. I have been in therapy for about 4 years and still have relapse moments. I have been suicidal since I was 12. I am 32 now. I have come a long way, but I still have a long way to go if I ever get there!
I wish you all the happiness in the world!!! im so glad you have found things to help you cope. I don't know personally how it feels but being around BPD has rlly made me realize how hard it is to manage and I hate that there is no treatment. I really hope that one day they can find one!
@jamie.nelson98 I hope so too, some days are better than others but having a good therapy team and good support team at home really helps. I went about 28 years undiagnosed so I have alot of undoing to do but any progress is good progress!!
@@aprillouise50 so glad you have supportive people around you, that is so important. you are doing great ❤️ it’s only been 4 years and you are already making progress - I think that is something to be so proud of!! Just think about what will happen in 5 or 10 years from now! ❤️❤️ everything is going to be okay. 🫶🏼
Someone I know that was reaching out for help was given medication & it made it 10x worse for them it was scary because you feel helpless not being able to help them. Took at least 1-2 years for them to recover from that plus they are afraid to even get medication again.
Okay for the first story I am soooo uncomfortable. She said her sister was as 10 years older than her , she and met her husband freshman year of college making her sister 18-19 so OP WAS 8-9 when he met her 🤮!!! I feel like he really took advantage of her vulnerability in that moment. He probably knew how much OP looked up to him and used that to is advantage. I hope OP is okay and able to move on.

I couldn’t have a friend who is unfaithful to a partner. Either they tell them, or if their partner is my friend I’m telling. And if not our friendship would end. I think cheating says a lot about the person so if they can deceive someone who they’re supposed to love what would they do to me?
yes if their partner is my friend I agree but otherwise I wouldn't tell them but I would definitely be vocal about how I think it is wrong and prob argue with them a lot about it

for the first one, I need to know how she knows the husband. I’d like to think that she’s married and her husband is friends with her friend’s husband and that’s why her loyalty lies with him. because me? my loyalty is with my friend and I’m keeping my mouth shut. she could not have another layer to her relationship with the husband that pulls her loyalty to him and she could just be like a super moralistic “I’m always going to do what’s right 100% of the time” which means her loyalty lies with the truth and that’s why she did what she did. it’s important to know if the people in your life are loyal to people or loyal to ideals. people who are loyal to ideals and not people will not hesitate to sacrifice your relationship with them to do what they feel is right if they have to. I am a mix of both. I would rat my friend out if she had child porn or something but not for cheating on her husband 😂 charge that shit to the game b

So this is pertaining to the lady who doesn’t want to have kids with her current partner, I find it odd they have a conversation about the “future” and bringing up having a kid together when NEITHER of them have met each others CURRENT children ? Is that making sense?? like I feel like personally I don’t know if I would have that conversation before I met my partners children perhaps that’s just me. lol
