Very nice video. I think The killings had a swedish actor but the original is not from the country of walfare and taxes but from Denmark. "Forbrydelsen"
as someone who was in animal and vet science classes: small animal absolutely just means small mammal. basically any pet that is very small and not a dog or cat 😂
I bought street fighter 6 after years of being on and off, this time I gave it a real shot. I got so immersed that I didn't even realise it was 5am, I had been playing for 10 hours straight. There's a certain pull I've gotten from fighting games recently, it's been unlike any other gaming experience and this video summed my thoughts similarly. Just wanted to share my experience.
although I can't blame them for making anti-piracy stuff, but some people have problems like not having enough money, political troubles(example for me: Egypt stopped allowing it's people from buying anything online with a foreign currency due to the palestinian cause, meaning the games should be boycotted in egypt), or not having a store for games(digital or physical) in sone countries
I'm a Texan that lived in WA for a decade both the coast and Central areas. These horror/dark elements feel honestly on point with the rain, the darkness, and the thick nature. It's gorgeous and healthier but it does create a sense of isolation whether you live around people or not. Different towns can be hours away. People live far away from another or aren't always huge community/social personalities. Dealing with the coast rain and limited sun was hard and I had to get a uv sunlamp. It has the highest rates of depression and also there's still that mystery/ danger of not only the wild but killers who take advantage of the woods. There is more unknown and unseen in the WA because of the thick nature. So it's fantastic for suspenseful and dark themes. Springs and summers there are usually fantastic so there's that duality of weather. Alaska honestly feels like it has more of a haunting and fully empty feeling since there's so much unexplored or unpopulated areas and pure dark and light months. That's a real horror story setting.
I remember at one of my birthday parties as a kid, one of the dads there gave me a copy of one of the more recent Medal of Honor games for xbox 360 and said that he always wished he had a son, and he said it right in front of his daughter too. Long time, the memory is very foggy to me. Its been a while since I’ve heard that name, brought a smile to my face
Almost bursting out in laughter makes the performance even more sinister! It works so well. C&C goofy performances are a treasure that EA has neglected and trashed.
I would very much like a DLC to this video that focuses entirely on Northern Exposure, which was set in Alaska but was filmed in central Washington. It has a cast of quirky characters, magical realism, supernatural creatures living in the woods, and best of all, lots of Native American representation! Streamable right now on the otherwise evil Amazon Prime.
Hello Polygon I am looking for an Isekai D&D campaign where only humans are allowed as playable races. I am very interested in finding a DM who is keen on hosting such a unique setting. Have you perhaps run such a campaign, or do you know someone who would be interested in doing so? Any suggestions are welcome! Thank you for your time and help! Best regards, Stanley Schlosser
missing from the media list, and not a creepy horror, but surprisingly good at pnw bingo: Eureka as far as modern seattle but still creepy: iZombie animated so maybe less creepy but still creepy: Gravity Falls and it didn't do a good job of it, but it is still notable that when Once Upon A Time left the East Coast Weird Place (Maine) (in story), it moved to Seattle also i wish the video included those new troll statues
Yeah the music is one of those things that I find strange but I also love so much and I feel would pull me out of the vibes. Like I know they make it in universe with radio stations but if I couldn't wander the wasteland listing to Jingle Jangle Jingle and here Mr New Vegas’ sweet voice I would likely not play as much XD so while I agree with the logic of this video I reject it completely “cause I got spur that jingle jangle!”
Simone always manages to get me hyped for things I never looked into, thanks for the video! 06:47 just a small lil funfact: while I'm sure they did some touch-ups in post, The Ring was shot with different blue tinted camera-filters, to give it its look from the get go. There was a thorough video about it somewhere on here, but I can't remember by whom. EDIT: It was by WatchingtheAerial !
Get ur FACTS STRAIGHT.. FIRST OF ALL, it's in red alert 2.. And yes it has a funny campaign, but it is solely one of the best pc games ever made, thank you also for sharing a bit of light on the game it deserves so much more fame than what it got.

Definitely played in all the Ft. Worden tunnels as a kid. Would climb into small spaces above some of the bunkers' ceilings and slam doors behind tourists to make them think it was haunted
It's interesting that Shadowrun, released originally in 1989, primarily set in the Seattle of the year 2050. Fun that they mixed the supernatural with the encroachment of tech-oriented megacorps that far back.
My mom was such a Twin Peaks fangirl back in the day that she married a guy named Dale and moved to North Bend, one of the towns where it was filmed. Without Twin Peaks, I literally would not exist!
