Sunshine & Grace - I have a sign in my kitchen that reads "There is sunshine and grace in our little place" its a daily reminder to me of what's important. Christ the Son who shines his light in and through us and our little homestead. Its been a decade now we've been here on this little chunk of land by the crick nestled in the holler. Our little homestead where every day we choose to Live a life of SON-shine and grace. It hasn't always been easy and for years I failed to do what I dreamed of all those years ago. But praise God he is patient with this stubborn woman and his love never fails - he waited patiently for me to remember to wake up and look to the hills from whence cometh my help. To look to him and live a life rooted and grounded in Him. To walk in the sunshine, play in the dirt, eat maters off the vine and smell the sweet air around me. Feel the wind and hear the crick babbling away. Loving and being loved. Leading others to LIVE A LIFE OF SUNSHINE & GRACE.
I occasionally use it on the edges just using the stamp pad as I would an ink dauber before spreading glue on them, the glue will spread the ink a bit.
The tacky glue from the Dollar Tree is fantastic! I used it to glue a windchime a couple of years ago, and it's still glued and worked great, and it's outside. Try it and see what you think. 😊
I bake at 350* for maybe 5-15 minutes depending on how many papers and how crispy I want them. If it's just one or 2 pages I sometimes bake it at 170* if I want the color to stay light or the paper to not be crunchy. But it takes longer.
Oh my gosh!! This is such an awesome idea!! I love it!!! 🥰 I love making snippet strips so you’ve definitely inspired me!! I can’t wait to make some!! 🥰
Use your glitter piper and curvy Caesars and decorate the bottom of them with it. It looks really nice. I’ve been watching you and follow your lead and I tried the glitter paper just now and it really works. It pops up really well. Glitter paper and curvy scissors.

Double knot pulled very tight. To slow the speed down you can click the ⚙️ in the lower right corner and select playback speed to slow it down. Thanks for watching
😅. Sorry sis just saw this. Been MIA on the craft scene. I do love me a good felt board. Felt and chalk / dry erase are my favorite teaching tools when I was homeschooling our boy. ❤️
Those kits seem like fun! My hand dexterity is getting worse so I'm not sure I could do that but they sure seem fun. I love both projects you shared tonight! TFS! Hugs from South Dakota 🤗
Thanks so much! I hear ya on the dexterity issue. I deal with it some too - my love to knit gets me everytime. I have seen some very nice ergonomic diamond painting tools that look like that would make it much easier to do. Might be worth trying a small project to see what you think. I do find it most enjoyable. 😀 Grace and peace from Kentucky 🌷
Thank you! I think I will give this a try! Looking forward to the potholder too! Have you seen the bowl holders that quilters make? I was wondering if a person could crochet a bowl holder for ice cream? What do you think? TVMFS! Hugs from South Dakota 🤗
❤️ Mission accepted -i think the bowl holder idea is awesome! Pattern coming soon as I can work one up. In the meantime I'll film the potholder tutorial😀 Thanks so much 💕. Grace and peace from Kentucky 🌷
I’m at my home away from home- orlando with friends nearer to Lindsey. 5 days here then 2 home. It’s nice being back visiting with you. I miss seeing all of your sweet inspirational ideas 🎀🎀🎀
We're still praying for her. We've missed you on here. You've not missed much from me though - tech issues have kept me from posting much. Hoping I have things worked out now and can get back to it.
I will have to try this in a week or so. I sprained my wrist after a fall so trying to not use it. But I'll give it a try! TVMFS! Hugs from South Dakota! 🤗
Oh this looks so pretty! Do you have a full length video? I started crocheting as a kid and only learned chain and single crochet stitches them went on to something else. I've been trying to teach myself how to crochet now but I'm not sure how to go in a circle. TFS! Hugs from South Dakota 🤗.
At the moment I don't have a full tutorial - my camera mount broke a few weeks ago (hence all the different angle besides overhead) and it's hard to work around the camera for a long period. As soon as I get a good set up figured out I plan to begin doing full crochet tutorials. Just hang in there and keep watching 😀. I learned to crochet at 12 - my aunt taught me in exchange for me babysitting for her. Hope you all had a blessed Christmas and fared okay through the crazy weather last week. So happy your arm has improved! I'm looking forward to seeing how these diamond paintings turn out. I've looked at them but haven't tried it yet. TFS! Hugs from South Dakota 🤗.
I finished some of the stickers already and am in love! So relaxing and satisfying! Highly recommend trying it. And thank you I am so grateful it's finally healed. Grace and peace my friend. You have a great week and be watching for the stickers video in a day or 2.
They are all very pretty! By I agree with your 2 tip ones. The blue birds 🐦 are adorable! I recently found Antonio Makes. He had some fun and pretty items. Thank you for showing this process. TFS! Hugs from South Dakota.
@@SunshineandGrace I hope you are feeling better! No worries on the reply, I'm sure you receive numerous messages and it would hard to respond to all. Stay safe and warm!
