Brad exchange sells trash, literal garbage. I had a roommate, an elderly gentleman, who caught up in the loop of buying so much useless stuff from them. I did a little investigating and found that their MO is basically reeling in old people. They were charging his cards without hi. Knowing, sending him the wrong orders, and all around just being so shady. Do not trust or buy from this company.

My grandfather bought me a treetops chorus sculptural clock from them. It has birds on it and it plays a chirping song every hour like a coo coo clock. Its always been amazing but I agree that some of the purchases aren't that great.

Thanks for the heads up, I have been drooling over their Zippo collectors sets, for like 39-40 bucks you get 5-8 Zippos, which in my mind is a deal in itself, however I’ve learned that they only send you one lighter at a time, then they’ll send the case, then a few more lighters, taking up to a year to receive them all for just one set. I guess in a way this gives you something to look forward to each month as you build the set, but some people like me would rather just Receive exactly what we bought. It’d be like going to burger king, you buy a combo and all she hands you is a drink, you’re like “where’s the rest of my food” Oh no honey, you have to finish the drink, then we’ll give you your fries, when those are done you can have your burger.. Once again, thanks for the heads up, I see why it’s so hard to find products from Bradsford being reviewed.
I went ahead and bought one of their Zippo collection sets (the Alien one). Had immense trouble with them from the start, missing deliveries, them not taking payments, then taking two at a time, not answering the phone, and trying to sic debt collectors on to me. Took threats of legal action and more for them to back down. A shame because the actual collection and display pedestal is really nice, but it's soured by dealing with a company at best described as incompetent, and at worst, a bunch of cheating shysters. Don't touch 'em...
I ordered a $100 ring from them and never got it. I requested a refund and hoping they give it to me cause if they don't they'll be hearing from my lawyer
I bought a Elvis music box through Amazon via Bradford Exchange. I wasn't over impressed. Because the item was advertised as operated by a key, in fact it was plastic battery operated. Came in a polystyrene box. It wouldn't be as bad but being prized over the odds... At least a instruction manual would have been better. Then they hassle you! And they sent a FIGURINE Elvis. It just arrived in the beginning three monthly instalment so the statute is well over £100. It's not worth that but I don't usually pay for things in instalment. Sad thing try to call them. I got an email saying they was unable to respond. I payed the three instalment by cheque because both on line there was no billing account and via phone useless . After the third payment they sent a letter wanting £9.50 late fee. Then they divide it into four payments I payed the last twenty four pounds. They send another letter saying they're adding charges up to sixty eight pounds and frozen the account. I've sent each cheque via registered mail with tracking information. My statement show the cheques cashed within the same month. There is no due date on their statement. I never ordered the figure in the first place. Avoid this company or report them to a consumer right. Just disgusting practice.

Thie reviews are horrible. I saw a beautiful bag but didnt order because it seemed too good to be true. People are saying it is taking months for their order to arrive.
K Mcleod , that sounds like they don’t actually have the products in stock and they are ordering the merchandise after a customer places an order. It would make sense with items that are personalized but not anything else.

Should know better. But when we pay 100s of dollers for something we expect it to be real. There needs to be a new law. If someone sales fake shit or fault advertisement we should be able to sue!
I just received my silver dollar from them and it was a 1976 Bicentennial Eisenhower dollar. Copper and nickel! What a SCAM! Luckily i haven't paid for it yet.
and also it seems that if you pay for your parcel in one lump sum (yes it takes months befor it reaches your home which to me is pretty bad )but if you pay by installments by money orders it takes half that time.thats not good business sense just saying.
my husband has ordered a few items from them over the last few years and the only thing is when he order it dosent come when it's suppose to.the last item he got we had to wait of course but then he called and they told him that it was on bk order.so we waited for a while while longer he called them again and they said the same thing.so all together it took us six months befor we got our item.its very upsetting especially when it's for a loved @ first we were sending money orders then he thought it would be better to pay them by cheque.well we were wrong.thats when the things we were getting took a lot longer and nothing should take months to get to your home.six to seven months.i don't care what it is.
