I am a lot older than you. I am 35. My husband proposed in January 2023. We got married last year on October 21'st. I had an inkling he was going to propose as well. He told me he was going somewhere and wouldn't be able to bring me to volunteer. So I thought that was odd. Then the morning he was going to do shopping he asked me about my shoe size. Which was an interesting question but that's when I knew. He proposed to me that January. It was adorable. He took me on a date to the place we first met at (A local pizza joint) then in each place we went he gave me jewlery then when we went on the bridge that is when he proposed. I am so happy. I do wish I met him when I was younger but I had to have my heart broken a few times to learn a few lessons. My only advice for you since you are so young is take it slow. Don't rush it. If you both disagree on something, try to talk it out and try to understand the perspective of another. Also, if the relationship gets toxic and he lays a hand on you, even if its not hard, get out immediately. Don't put up with that. Just take care of you and your baby first no matter how the relationship is going. You and your baby are the priority in your world and finally, always maintain independence. This means not sharing a bank account or any of that. It leaves less of a mess if shit goes south. Basically, enjoy this moment but continue to be wise. Never lose sight of yourself and your own life. Also if he proposes and you feel something's not right, please listen to that (My ex also proposed and I just didn't feel right). Basically since you are young I worry of anything happening but I hope you have the best pregnancy and i hope you are overjoyed being proposed too. It is the best feeling in the world finding the person who makes you feel like you've never felt before.
