reality: free public transport to work and everywhere else in town doctor 5 minute walk away, as well as pharmacies, daycares, stores, restaurants, theaters... 15 minute waiting times at the doctor and no medical bankruptcy like in some other certain deranged society of highly propagandized weirdos on a certain continent...
