Were there any major or minor modifications that you had to make to make the Trinity exhaust work? And what model of RZR or Ace did Trinity say that your exhaust fit

Short out with screwdriver, or wire a switch and run wires.. needing this machine to start up on a job site and move out of the way, screwdriver will probably be easier for me

Thanks I got the exact same machine. I was able to use a piece of flat bar with tapped 1/4 in holes. And used a chain for the hammer. Got it. Thanks for the idea. Did you put anti seize Or any thing on the shaft to help make it easier to pull next time?

I don’t get it, you took the time to weld additional strength to the frame (which is awesome) but couldn’t drill a few holes to ensure the rail mounts onto the S Channel?

My 2.5 cents- make your own. You can buy the etrack at harbor freight or strainer etc, and they make wall hangers that hinge etc. I mean I don’t know the cost of these, but they look flimsy and not trusting

Dude you made it much harder than you needed to. You do not have to remove the heat shield on the muffler. Just pull off the springs and pull the muffler back. It only takes about one minute. If you want to save your knuckles, pick up a spring puller at an auto parts store for 10 bucks.

Do not do this!! I did the exact same thing to mine and broke chunks of metal off of it in the process. It is now ruined because you can't use the belt tool anymore. Call a pro first. I did after it was too late and he said he had a puller for the secondary!

As your president would say, Polaris is run by a bunch of losers and haters. Sad! Good luck with your channel, anybody with any sense would realize this is not a corporately run RU-vid page, simply a vehicle owner documenting his ownership experience and travels with the machine.

Nah I disagree. I wouldn't have put my kids in it if I felt it was in anyway unsafe. The only thing that could make this unsafe is the driver themselves.

These beds are exyremely over priced. I just got a set of heavy duty bunk beds sold on a site called rvbusparts.com. The sticker says a company named Liftco makes them. They were $420 and are very good quality. They can operate individually as well. Only thing is you have to get your own plywood and cushions.

@adamlake2007
@adamlake2007 7 лет назад
Hey Pam, here's a link to rzrforums.net where I put it up. Drastically reduced the price too. www.rzrforums.net/polaris-rzr-parts-sale/424025-utvma-back-seat-rear-cage-make-your-2-seater-4-seater.html Yeah I can ship it anywhere you want. It's big and heavy (I'm going to figure about 150-175lbs), but it will fit on a pallet just like in the video. Message me on the forums if you'd like to discuss more, I can PM you my number and we can talk about it if you'd like (sign up for an account if you don't have one already). Thanks

Those brackets on the back are to attach a wire cage for coolers or gas cans, another accessory that comes in handy for a long day of fun !
@adamlake2007
@adamlake2007 7 лет назад
Hi Pam, they are absolutely worth it. It did not make the machine noticeably tippier. It does not make it more top heavy, it actually adds weight to the rear of the machine giving you better traction with your rear tires. One adult size teen would absolutely fit back there, two would be difficult. I had both my Young kids 9 and 7 back there with plenty of room. That having been said, I upgraded to an XP1K4 recently, and I've parted out this whole 900 project. If you're interested, I'm selling the entire UTVMA kit, only used a handful of times. PM me if you're interested, I have a link to the rzrforums.net listing I've had up to sell it. I would have kept this for sure if I hadn't have upgraded to a XP1k.
@pampinese3641
@pampinese3641 7 лет назад
Thinking about purchasing this for my 2017 rzr 900, would love to know did it change or add tippyness to your machine? And do you think a average size adult or teen would fit back there? Loved the video and would like to know your honest opinion if it's worth it ? Thank you for sharing this video my curiosity is definitely peeked now !

+Team255 the flooring was pretty easy to lay down and cut, just make sure y9u use the right kind of vinyl adhesive that will also bond with wood. The only other complaint is that it gets super duper hot in direct sunlight.

@adamlake2007
@adamlake2007 7 лет назад
Slick VdBuckero yes it was the rear sway bar links. was covered under warranty, or you can replace them yourself pretty easily.
@slickmongercash7788
@slickmongercash7788 7 лет назад
ok awesome. I think thats whats going on with mine too. I cross a lot of tracks. I know for sure I have an outer lower rear bushing thats got play.. but no damn way it was making all that racket. it almost feels like its coming from under driver's seat sometimes. Goina jack er up and disconnect links and inspect them. Got warranty, but shop is couple hours drive away. WIll do it myself heh
@adamlake2007
@adamlake2007 7 лет назад
Absolutely, it's something you can fix yourself. And if you have a good enough relationship with your dealership they might be able to work something out parts-wise for you. One way we were able to test whether or not it was the sway bar links was parking the vehicle, then rocking it side to side from the back right where it was coming from (pulling down and pushing up the cage bar). It would make that noise over and over whenever we did that. Took quite a lot of pressure but it was easily reproduce-able.
@adamlake2007
@adamlake2007 7 лет назад
FWIW, and if I were you, upgrade the sway bar while you're at it. It's not a big expense, it takes 15 minutes to do, and could really give you some more roll play. Most will come with new links too, like Eibach for example. Walker Evans has some new shock links which look cool, not sure if they're compatible though. Let me know how it turns out!
