Been watching your channel recently and it’s been super helpful. Came across some videos on you doing deals in Texas and I have a huge list of off-market potential deal around there. I’d love to network if that’s still your area
Is there a correlation between sex workers retiring into the real estate industry?? I've heard this rumor. Think about it. All the skills that you learn in the real estate business. 1)You have to get customers in and out of the house as quickly as possible. 2)You have to get as much money out of the client as quickly as possible. 3) You have to put the next client in the house as quickly as possible!!
If u pay anyone less than 70k a year you're a slave owning scumbag. U don't care about anyone's life if u pay them 50k or 30k a year when u know u need 10k a month after taxes to provide for 2 kids and a wife
Arizona pays 5.58 % commission yes you do split it with your brokerage depending on wat you negotiate but with that being said my sister sold 3 houses in a month 3 months ago and she received beetween those 3 homes like 24,000 dollars in commission in a month that’s crazy money

9/10 it do be because we black I have a degree and experience within my degree but bc how I look and how I choose to wear my hair I’m intimidating to other race employers. My philosophy is it shouldn’t be that way I shouldn’t have to cut my hair bc I’m black to get a job I should be judge by the context of my character, my intelligence, how I operate in this world. AS a black man and this goes for every black person man and woman if that job don’t accept you for who you are then idc how much money it makes don’t conform your blackness for there rascist asses all for a dollar

When I started I was still doing my other job while getting my foot on the door. The saving grace of that was I had a boss that worked with me to allow me to have days off or start early enough to get off in time to show properties. They made me set a date we were both comfortable with to get my business off the ground then I had to leave. I'm grateful for them giving me the push to make it work.
