It was great, and it’s mandatory. It’s mainly focused on giving you a general view of the company culture, history, and leadership principles. It’s a good opportunity for networking and learning from the internals that are being promoted to management.
@@T.N.theMotivator I can’t really remember but I felt like 2 weeks after that. But my offer letter was 62k salary and 18k stocks. Over 4 years and I think my sign on bonus is 5 or 7k
@@InvestMotiv8 Thanks for replying. Thursday the 11th makes two weeks since the congratulations email. Hopefully I will receive it soon. I will be relocating from Texas to Cali.
That's how I kind of felt when I left the military and entered the civilian sector-right after leaving and did my first interview with a major aviation supervisor position, I was hired. Never doubt yourself
@@pushbeyondaverage Hey Hey! Start of shift have a stand up with the team, review and assign work orders (I would have my flow boss do it after awhile) , talk with OPs leadership to make sure communication is smooth and open, in the case of a SEV event be on call and walk leadership what’s going on. Make sure your team is booking their labor and clocking out for lunch. Document & Communicate to the next shift all the crazy mess that went on during the shift.
@@VolleyballAddict521 Thank you for the quick reply! Ok, this is very good information and gives me a quick snapshot. I applied for the AMM position in Nevada two days ago.
Thank you for your help. I applied a week ago and have a couple of "under consideration" statuses. I was trying to figure out the timeframe to hear back. Thank you and be blessed.
So sorry, I applied for area manager a month ago but still I didn't heard back from them, how long will take if they accept me they should be an interview plz give more information plz
I applied on the website for Memphis Area Manager, but was interviewed by a Dallas F.W. Ops Manager. I really hoping that if I do get an offer that it's not Dallas.
I applied on December 15 I took the numerical reasoning test on December 27 I have my interview this Thursday. I’m soo nervous & I feel under qualified too!
I just got my offer and I felt the same way! lol. Do you give them your list of 10 places after you receive your first email and before your official offer letter? also, congratulations! let's connect :)
Sorry for just now reaching back out to you, but yes I gave them my top cities in between that first email and the official offer letter. The offer letter will have your site location on it.
Pls put the video of what to expect. I enjoyed this video the most bcus it seems so genuine. Pls let us know how it is there & don’t leave nothing out. Currently waiting on my offer letter & i have a good job now so I’m struggling to decide whether i want to leave or not. Tips would be very helpful
Do they start everyone off as an L4, or do they start some off as an L5? I have masters in supply chain and I interview with them next week. I’m curious if the interview is even the effort if the salary isn’t close to the industry standard.
You’ll do great, just be you! You got the interview for a reason. Memorizing the leadership principles and finding examples of how you embody them will help you out tremendously. Hope everything went well.
@@JokeSoyombo Hey, you can watch this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RP-QfqsS5kU.html. It should give you an idea of what to expect. Just remember to relax when you’re taking the test. I actually thought I failed the assessment when I first took it; especially the math part. The math part looks complicated but once you relax you’ll realize it’s pretty straight forward.
