As much as I like the moonbreon in a Pristine 10, the Nidoking is my favourite here. Such a sick card in such a sick condition. Wish I wasn't EU-based. Grading just seems way too scary when you send off expensive-ass cards on a 15,000km round trip.
There are middle mans for europe, but yes it can be scary. in some instances, taking a trip once every year or so to US to directly make sure it gets to the grading company is an option if you're talking high end. International shipping can be risky, definitely would want to get insurance on it
@@Churmander Yeah dude definitely. I'm probably going to visit a friend in the USA and bring a case full of my childhood cards. I've got base set complete all the way up to Neo (1st Ed Team Rocket set) and a bunch of other sweet cards like Expedition holos, Dragon Frontiers shiny zard (x2), full WOTC Black Star. I'd love to get started on some of these awesome slabs like you have, but it feels like such a heavy point of entry. Even if one of these cards hits a 10 (there's a chance, my parents were collectors and raised me with sleeves and binders) I'm looking to be out easily hundreds. Would you suggest trying to grade some cheaper cards (maybe some modern $20-50 cards) to see how the middle man services are?
