We invite the friends and families of our puppies into our home to be part of their puppies’ first 8 weeks of life. We livestream the deliveries of our litters as well as provide all of our puppies' care on-stream. As a community we watch and celebrate as the pups begin their lives as newborns, and we begin bonding them to their families through FaceTime and other methods. We train our puppies extensively, with many of them becoming ESAs and/or Psychiatric Service Dogs.
Our dogs are our own personal ESAs and pets first, and parents second. We place a strong emphasis on our puppies’ emotional-social development, which we illustrate in our videos. We share our philosophies about raising puppies and important techniques that many breeders don’t use or offer. I missed the beginning of today's Livestream. Can't find what i want. Who is the daddy dog of Remy's upcoming litter? Kind of exciting that Daisy will soon have another litter. I don't think i couldn't handle another Daisy Jr. But Beatrix is so quirky like her moma. The first time i saw Daisy she was with her 2nd litter. I hadn't decided tri or b & t. Instantly it was like tri just like her. Gotta be more careful what i wish for. 😂 In my head, I'm kinda thinking Remy or Pom for the moma and Macchiato or Rio for the dad. But the Robin has amazing puppies.
We were planning to pair Remy with Macchiato, but the same thing happened that happened last fall. Macchiato is just so in love with Robin that he is unwilling to mate with anyone else if he has remotely recently mated with Robin. Remy followed Robin by 4 weeks, and Macchiato had been spending every single day with Robin. So when we noticed Remy was suddenly in heat and tried bringing them together, he had zero interest in fertile Remy. But Rio on the other hand…. Was more than happy to take on the task! So we are expecting an all-Blenheim litter from Remy & Rio in September. Looking ahead, Daisy will probably be paired with Rio. If you really want a petite black and tan, you may want to consider a Mocha & Hogan puppy. Mocha is Pom & Macchiato’s, plus Mocha and Hogan are petite. But of course Mocha needs to grow a little (Hogan too), so their litter will probably be looking like summer 2025. ♥️🐶
Watching today's Livestream but backed it up to the beginning. I had 2 cat ESAs before Beatrix. You were talking about Bradley and Pebbles. Cats have to choose you to be your ESA Dogs can ve adapted to you to be your ESA. If the cat didn't choose you then when you're crying and about to have a panic attack the cat will look at you like "unhand me, middle claw to you, you need to get help cause you're falling apart and it's almost my dinner time." My first ESA, a calico, sat in my hand and just stared at my face. The second one was in a kitten playroom (like you have) but she didn't have kittens. She was basically Aunt Pandora. She was in a cat bed up on a shelf and i was there to look at kittens. I didn't even see her, but she jumped out of bed and into my arms. Beatrix can tell when I'm approaching a panic attack. She runs to me. My current cat (a shelter cat, sweet but didn't pick me) runs away from me when she hears my breathing start to get wonky. Well, Bee had a bath today. She decided to lean against me the entire time, so i got a bath too. Since she got spayed in May she's has some really crazy "Paris fur" grow. Most of her torso has short hair, but the new growth is growing to about 4 inches and somewhat wiry 😂. Our vet calls it "spaying coat" 😂
Is that cat litter on the blanket? Are they potty trained? Good job it's not easy to care for that many cats, I feed like 6-7 stray cats and I love helping them. Wish I could send you some money I'm broke trying to take care of mine lol. Much love to you and your family 💙🩵🩷❤️

This just randomly came up on my feed. I was like how cute.... Oh wait, that's my dog! Beatrix still jumps straight up until she gets enough height. She did that today while I walked in front of the living room window.
I just wanted to leave a comment about/for Mae. I grew up with my mom breeding Persian cats. I know you are growing up with your family breeding Cavaliers. When i was about your age (I think i was 16) we had sick kittens and one passed while i was holding her. I totally understand. Like you, i was used to losing kittens/puppies but i completely lost my sh--. My mom, just like yours said "she just felt so safe with you she just finally let go " i understood that but it didn't help. I thought "well then, i shouldn't have held her " as I've gotten older, i realized how actually special it was that i could make her safe and comfortable. I hope you can move on from here and not swear off cats. When cats pass naturally they usually isolate themselves and hide from humans. They are usually very private in death so just that she passed in your arms let's you know how she felt about you ❤
I read this to Mae; thank you for sharing your experience! I’m so sorry for 16-year-old Kelsie, I’m glad she’s doing better now, and understands just how special it really is! 😉 As Beth predicted, we’ve been bringing kitties into the house. Bradley’s allergies aren’t bothering him, so Mae has been bonding with Cookie a lot. I think Mae having experienced Melania’s passing paved the way for a strong bond with Cookie, because it easily could have been her. Cookie isn’t much of a snuggler but she LOVES to perch on Mae. She walks around with Cookie balancing on her body somewhere, somehow, and Cookie even climbs up and down her legs like a monkey on a tree! She’s adorable and Mae is falling in love with her - as is Paris. Bradley’s connection with Pebbles is incredible. I am so happy to see him so happy and relaxed with her. I think he needed an ESA that was a little more stationary than most puppies. Pebbles loves to calmly hang out, and she is fascinated by Bradley. I’m so glad our kids can have these experiences, Having their own individual pets (beyond like hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs) is wildly underrated; they connect on a much deeper level when they have their own and the animals aren’t splitting their affections between everybody. On the flip side, as parents it’s easy to point out ‘you need to put your dog outside to potty’ or ‘your kitten needs to XYZ.’ They each feel a sense of responsibility to their animal knowing that there isn’t someone right behind them waiting to do it if they don’t. The kids have grown and matured so much through these responsibilities, and it’s a huge boost for self-esteem and self-confidence. Thank you again for sharing your experience! Well sheesh, I missed 2 days and look what i missed. Poor fur babies. I was on the live chat for a few minutes. Someone mentioned panleukopenia. I called it feline distemper in my reply. Both are names for the same disease (also called enteritis). I'm not a vet but i know cats and was a vet tech through highschool. Just with a quick glance it isn't distemper. They do have a few symptoms, but the symptoms they have are symptoms of many different things. The older cats are vaccinated against it as it's the P in FeRCP vaccine (Feline Rhinotracitis Calicivirus, Panleukopenia). The big sign you would see in cats with Distemper is they'd lay right by their water dish and dangle their head over it but not have the energy to reach the water or drink. That's not a symptom but a common behavior in cats with Distemper. You know viruses. Like most it is spread through bodily fluids or by lingering for a couple of days on an item. Since the kittens are isolated in this house, the only way for the girus to transmit is if Pandora was outside, got sneezed on (etc) by a cat with distemper, and brought it home. So many variables there it is highly unlikely to have occurred. Again, I'm not a vet, just applying my knowledge with common sense. Poor Fruit Punch, she's one of my favorites. I know you're a first time cat owner but you have years of experience with dogs and human health. You did the right thing by taking them to the vet when you did. I also would have waited that long and then made that decision instantly. ❤
Thank you thank you for this long thorough comment! I’m sitting up in bed right now, top off with my robe on, Fruit Punch nestled on my chest. Daisy slept on the other side of her keeping her warm throughout the night. I didn’t know if she’d make it through the night, but every so often I’d be awoken by her nails walking around on my chest. I’m afraid she is just too weak at this point. Her diarrhea has stopped, but her tummy is distended. I gave her another syringe of water this morning, but with her distended belly I’m not sure if it’s even going anywhere beyond her tummy. Since I’ve had her in the house I’ve been giving her all the supplements around the clock, with checkins with the moms every couple of hours. I’m so worried about her.
One of the calico kittens has puked three times on 7/16; the darker cat mom carried the kittens out and has not been returned with the rest of the kittens. 😢
Good morning! I’ll be sure to check on the little one with an upset tummy once the sun comes up. We kitten-proofed the whole building (it’s a 1 bed/1 bath in-law apartment on the back of our property that they’re staying in) because the moms sometimes walk off with their kittens and place them in random hiding spots around their room. Oh no, Pommy is only gonna breed with a Blenium. Now I'm gonna have to plan. I really want a black & tan and was thinking from Pom . Maybe i will need to look at Robin's litter (not her coming litter) since she and Macchiato seem bonded. We aren't ready for a puppy yet. Why was Drew talking about chili peppers? If you lived closer I'd give him some of my uomemade enchilada sauce. I use a mix of peppers and it's too hot for most people. Edited to add: Beatrix has turned into a mouser. 😂. The kitchen repair group left for the weekend and left 3 huge square holes with round pipes. I didn't notice it until my cat caught a mouse. Beatrix was interested but unsure . When I woke up this morning, Beatrix brought me a dead mouse. She was so. Proud. Millie cat was watching the whole thing like"my student learned well.". Millie also caught a mouse. That's when I decided to fill the holes with steel wool.

Mona looks so content making air biscuits while the kittens nurse. Cutie is really too young for this, but she almost looks hyperthyroid. Secveral of my cats have become hyperthyroid around the age of 6-8 years (& than is early for hyperthyroid.). The losing weight but she's also looking scruffy and "bug eyed.". The vet tests their thyroid like a human - T3 & T4. It's not a big deal and she's basically too young for it, but i had to mention it as it can cause heart damage. Oh, lol, you just mentioned it. Yes, it's a thing and they get daily medication or you can opt for surgery to remove one thyroid lobe. My advice would be no surgery. Yes, it means no daily medicine, but my vet punctured my cat's parathyroid during surgery. Same as in humans - caused a calcium issue and it wasn't a happy ending. I completely agree with testing her thyroid. That was my diagnosis before i heard that the actual vet mentioned it.
Thank you for all the info! She looks like she might be improving; I hope it’s just worms and she just needs to put weight back on. But I have this nagging feeling that there’s something more like her thyroid playing games right now, which is why we will take her in to be seen after the weekend if no honest-to-God, noticeable, visual improvement. Her appetite is certainly there!
@@RedBarnCavaliers 20 (?) years ago the medication wasn't an option yet. Thyroid problems are very common in older cats. A lot of older cats (12+) I remember as "wasting away" had hyperthyroid symptoms but vets hadn't yet realized it could be an issue. When I developed thyroid cancer and they removed my thyroid (etc) I was joking, but wondered what it is about me that causes thyroids to quit working. When Cutie vocalizes, is it now a super loud version of her typical meow? I recall that was also a symptom. Maybe she just had some type of postpartum issues? It does take tons of energy to have a big litter nursing
Was that Pandora being so vocal? I meant to tell you - one of my aunts has an orange and white boy kitty and she named him Doodle as in cheese doodle as in a generic Cheeto. She has the generic WinCo but you have the name brand. It is really hot here this whole week and I have VBS every morning this week. I'm gone about 4 hours so 🐝 would be fine inside the house but my neighbor insists Beatrix go to her house while I'm gone. "What if she knocked over her water bowl right after you left?". Thanks for my new anxiety. Yesterday when she brought Beatrix home she was all excited. Told me Bee pooped outside. Since I got her about a year ago that is her first outdoor poo. It's always been pee outside and potty tray as soon as she gets in the house. Apparently she was on a 30 foot leash and could get the proper privacy. Does Pandora have favorite nieces/nephews to snuggle? If the kittens tried to nurse on her I wonder if her oxycotin would increase enough to trigger milk letdown.

Good morning! There are two litters of kittens, and two of the adults are their moms (the one without a collar, and the one with purple collar). They both labored at the same time, so they brought their litters together as they began delivering. Auntie Kitty (Pandora - blue collar) loves to “mom” the kittens, and she’s a lot happier now after joining them (she played guard for about a week). The third “mom” is a sister to the other moms, but she doesn’t have kittens. She’s just the fun Auntie! We are looking for homes for about half of them, but if we don’t find homes we are going to fix them all and let them have our property to hunt mice. ♥️
I'm glad Mae got the kitten of her dreams this time. Is Sonic a boy? Do the kittens basically know which moma is theirs? I noticed the 3 orange ones went straight for Mona so they obviously know. What about Cuties? My cat (Millie - female) runs to the phone or screen when the kittens mew. She's a shelter kitty so no idea if she's had kittens of if the mews are a universal maternal sound. She was already spayed when i adopted her, but she'd tried 7 homes before mine, so no idea if 1 rejected her for being pregnant. I can't imagine 7 families by age 2. I was totally horrified and expected some horrid behavior, but nope, just bosy and curious.

I was watching today's Livestream but went back to the beginning so I was 2 hours or so behind live. Every morning is spent making phone calls about the water leak. It is so annoying. The insurance company went ahead and scheduled a leak detection service to be here at 9am this morning. It wasn't a leak. The service line burst. You can visually see it. So I refused to let the leak detector into my house. The charge $500+ and I'm not paying it and I told them I don't care what the insurance company said: it's my house, I own it outright, and if to decide to begin work I will call the police and report you as trespassing. That apparently caused a kurfluffle. 😂. For some reason. Advice on naming the calico. Don't name her Cali 😂. Going to cat shows and shelters almost every calico is naked Cali. It's like as common as orange cats named Pumpkin and white cats named Snowball. Please don't name her Starbucks. A) when I was a teen family friends were original co-owners of Starbucks. It started in Seattle. They named it Starbucks after the character Starbuck in Moby Dick. B) I was free associating coffee names besides Macchiato and Mocha. Latte would fit a white cat or Frothy. Then I thought Dopiano (double shot of straight espresso) but calicoes are 3 main colors. I thought of other types of Starbucks drinks. Cappuccino. Cataccino. Yes, I'm that much of a dork. Totally different theme, a kaleidoscope has many crazy colors. Kal or Kalieid. A cacophony of colors. Caco. I'm not good at names. I've named too many cats.

@@RedBarnCavaliers I've actually never met a cat named Marshmallow. 😂. Snowball is the name of choice for white cats. Cats were considered royalty by the ancient Egyptians. You could use an Egyptian name like Bast (cat shaped goddess), Cleopatra, Nefratiti (I spelled that wrong), Sobek (crocodile shaped god - I've seen mummified baby crocodiles and mummified kittens together), Isis (scratch that, bad current connotation) Ancient Egyptians used to shave their eyebrows while mourning a cat. If you haven't noticed, I'm a wealth of useless information. 😂 Robin & Macchiato make beautiful babies. I would be on puppy watch for a sister for Beatrix if I didn't know it needs to be a submissive and playful puppy from Pom or Remy. I think mixing a Daisy puppy and a Robin puppy would cause their spat to extend to the next generation.

Spike is so cute with his cone on! I think I saw him try and fail to reach his private parts right around 0:41, so that must be why he's wearing the cone. He's not technically a grandpa yet, but he will be once Rio fathers some puppies. Here's the part that confuses me, though. If Rio has puppies together with the same mothers that Spike had puppies with, then what will Rio's puppies' relationship to Spike's puppies be? If we use Spike and Myra's puppy Sunshine as an example, Spike is her father and Rio is her older half-brother. If Rio were to have puppies with Myra, what would their puppies' relationship to Sunshine and her littermates be?
Beatrix says her daddy Spike is so handsome! She's very proud of him for surviving his ordeal and still being a sweetie The kittens are growing so fast. It's so sweet how both mommies share and have dual ownership of the kittens. This morning i had to go to the doctor to get 11 therapeutic Botox shots. It's in a hospital and no esa allowed. Times like that are when i use my cyber-ESA pack. 😊 Does Spike know his pride has grown? Has he met the tiny kittens? Curious how he eid if he did. Whenever i see him i see that Beatrix has his face shape. It's adorable. She looks like Daisy but her stubby muzzle is all Spike ❤

Karma is a perfect name! A "cat house" is so cute. I lived in a house like that on my friend's property about 2 weeks ago. It was great. I brought 🐝 and my cat Millie. They enjoyed their stay even though there was an echo. When the video started i thought "wow, Cutie is looking kinda naked" 😂. Then you mentioned how much fur she lost. Kittens are so much more independent than puppies. And litterbox training is so much easier than potty training a puppy.
