For those that don't know and what the media won't tell you......... the mob owns the IDAs and they give all the State money to mob guys. There is no accountability because they set up a catch-22 where local IDAs can blame the Economic Development Corporations and vice versa when projects are seen to be for mob guys or when the projects come under scrutiny. I discovered this years ago when I investigated IDA projects that were clearly taxpayer money giveaways to local mob guys.

They make it sound like it's a rare or special kind of body armor. Don't get me wrong, I'm very glad it saved this man's life. That's exactly what a class 3 level body armor is designed to stop. A 556 should be stopped by a class 3, otherwise, you have garage body armor.
