it is counterproductive to go for WRs in training, it takes a lot out of you and you're much more likely to get injured when you max out, so usually training is kept to a maximum of 95% effort. the 100% is kept for competitions
Lu is 173 cm / 5 feet 8 inches. But because his torso is so long, and his legs and arms so short he gives the impression of being 165 cm / 5 feet 5 inches. The shorter the limbs the less range of motion the bar has to move.
damn i am so out of shape, i am 28 years old and can barely do 70kg, i used to be able to do 100kg easily. thats what 10 years of intellectual work do for you, i now have a lot of money but very little muscles. time to use my retirement to get in physical shape again
