May I ask why your coilovers come with a sticker that states not to mess with preload…. My mechanic stated the preload was incorrect after installing my coilovers without adjusting them. But each individual struts had this sticker to NOT TO MESS WITH PRELOAD… Please can anyone from FA please answer this?
Was wondering if anyone knew why my brand new fortune auto coilovers (5 months) make a single, loud, coiling Pop noise when going down/up the bump on my driveway.. (VB WRX) note: does not happen when turning rather on slight bumps after driving for a while. Some days you’ll hear minor squeaking, only 2-3 days out of the week. But the loud popping spring noise happens every time, again, after I drive for a mile or 2+. Any advice/suggestions would be MOST appreciated!

At 11:30 you said that we should torque the nuts on the LCA when youre at or near ride height. So, essentially, get the top of the coilover installed and torqued and then finger tighten the 4 nuts on the LCA and then torque them all at once? Or do you need to have the weight of the car on the coilovers and then torque the 4 nuts on the LCA?
To ensure that no bushings are damaged by binding, you will want to torque the 4 lower control arm bolts with the weight of the car on them, or as close to that as possible. I believe there is a spherical bearing in the knuckle at outermost pivot on the LCA, I understand that best practice is to torque at ride height
I purchased new wheels and tire. 9x18 wheels and 245x35 wheels. I heard they will rub so i need coil overs. Im not sure what coil overs to buy for spireted mountain driving. What your thoughts. Model and spring rate?

Do you make coil overs for fox body mustangs set up for coil overs? I have a 83 Capri that I’m wanting to set up for a mainly street. Sometimes track.
I'm running a set of Fortune Auto coilovers on my 2014 Subaru STI and the performance is great but the radial bearings only lasted one Canadian winter before seizing up. The bearings are not sealed and after only one winter were completely rusted out. I'm guessing the bearings last a long time in the warm climates of the Southern USA but they do not perform well up in Canada.
