I have s22 ultra which was gifted by my brother from Dubai. I had it and it was around December 2022, so sir, now it is completely out of warranty, after 2 or 3 months, the camera stopped working. I visited the service center and wanted to know the problem. At the service center, they told me that the camera will be replaced. I felt that something must have happened, I said, ok, do it. When I went to the service center to get the phone, I started having problems on the screen. Then I asked the engineer, what is the problem? The engineer said, there is a manufacturing fault in your phone. Sir, I said that if it is a manufacturing fault. So I will not pay a single rupee, you take the service charge but if my phone has a manufacturing fault then I will not pay a single rupee sir, I would have invested Rs 1 lakh in it, so what is the use of buying such a costly phone, I also talked to your head office. People made me crazy for 20 days and after 20 days I was asked to pay you 50% sir, I will not pay even a single rupee, it is a manufacturing fault. The engineer has also sent a report to the head office saying it was a manufacturing fault, still I was asked to pay 50% of the cast. This video is so fake, and all Samsung propaganda. The exact facility they work at has injuries ALL the time. Being inside feels like a dystopia, where everyone is told to put a smile on their face while being treated like prisoners. One step out of line and you are done. Upper management does care about a single life of their operational staff.
