They're great cars. Looks like someone has changed the dash fascias from light veneer to aluminium. The area around the gear stick can be removed and replaced if you want it all to match.
Great bobber! Did you buy or build the hardtail rear end? I've got one of these that's currently busy being a dirt bike, but which might get relegated/upgraded to chopper duty at some point. This isn't the one the guy in England builds is it? I feel like his are longer, lower.
I am really loving this build/restoration. I hope you continue to document this awesome project. I know this video was eight months ago and I look forward to following along.
@@splinter196 Sorry, it’s a pet peeve of mine and I kind of lose my mind at all the vertical videos. It just seems to me the logical thing to do is to hold the phone sideways because sideways is the shape of a flatscreen TV, sideways is the shape of a movie theater screen, and our eyes are set sideways in our head, not one above the other, lol. But other than the orientation it’s a very cool video. Takes me back to my younger days of muscle cars. Love Holly carbs.
@@rickpawl hey rick no worries mate im an idiot just trying to have a bit of fun i do need to put a bit more effort into the quality of my vids as they will be around a lot longer than i will lol

My parents had a 1976 Buick Regal, when I was 6 years old! It was silver with a red velour interior and a red top on the exterior. (I don't think it was a true ragtop, but maybe). I thought it was a beautiful car when I was a little girl. I remember thinking it was a small car compared to the ones my father had before and compared to my Aunt and Uncle's car at the time. Now I'm looking at it based upon today's standard sized cars & I'm like that car isn't that small. It had the bucket type (square) seats in the front, It had electric windows and electric door locks. It seemed so modern. I loved that car. We drove to Alabama in that car, 913 miles!!
Where's the Mk1? Although the mk11 isn't bad eye candy either. Fabulous cars the Zepher Zodiac with the gorgeous straight six of a beating heart. All lovely examples in your video.
