Well they don’t lie! It will run 8-9 hours. Unfortunately that’s it. It’s cheap Chinese junk. No, not everything made in China is junk, just most of it. Spend a few more bucks and buy a Duromax. It’s a good quality American product. Perfect? Of course not. You can get support and parts when you have trouble though.
This is a TERRIBLE video and doesn't give any relevant info to base exhaust noise reduction ! And most aircooled generators make a lot of noise thru the head/cylinder assembly so a sound enclosure will do more good than oversized mufflers that aren't tuned to the specific engine !
I went to Tractor Supply bought a new 1 inch muffler with exhaust pipe, for a 1960,s tractor, with a butterfly cap for the verticle mount and exhaust rubber auto tail pipe mounts. Used 1 inch stainless steel flex exhaust from to pipe to the 3/4 inch exhaust on generator!
It is not reputable, reliable or high quality, bought one started it once and it never started again, tried to contact them multiple time never received a response!!!

It's a piece of junk, in my opinion. Power went to my home. Started the generator after sitting for a year. Plug in light. GREAT!. I have power to my lamp. Tried to plug another lamp to my extension cord. Power went off. No more power. Now I need a generator to power my generator. Don't buy a Dura Max
Someone with experience in running a portable generator for long periods without stopping told me to fill the oil to the bottom of the dipstick threads if you are going to run it all night.
If you get a 50 hertz generator to supply your needs and you live where all appliances are 60hz, the generator will outlive your burned up refrigerator and air conditioning motors by a long time.

Hi I bought the XP 10000EH and i have only started it couple times to test. ISince the first time i started it the Recharge indicator red light has been on and when i put it to Idle it shuts down. Would you know whats the problem? I have charged the battery and its still happening, Thanks.
Had mine for over a year. Works great but has limitations like no Pass-Thru charging. Plus on of my USB ports is not working. But overall, not bad for it's price. Walmart now has it for $109.99.
