We use the compatirpon voucer evy year but I am trying to book up Palm Springs from London Ontario via Calgary but it says i do not have any vouchers , I know but I want to book up on my West Jet credit card and pucgase the voucher but does not provide an option?

From the time Ed Sims became CEO and Alexis von Hoensbroech took over in 2022 WestJet has lost all respect and trust! Maybe it's time to find a replacement? Maybe it's time to remember you are nothing without customers - instead of solely focusing on making money.
There isn't any information available to book using your companion voucher with a multi-city trip ie yyc to KOA then Honolulu to YYC, google says you have to phone in to book this. If you phone in Westjet says they will charge you and extra 25.00 pp to do this. I tried chat and all you get is a Bot who cant help either. I can book a return trip with voucher but not returning from a different city.
Lets bring in Southwest or Jetblue. Why do we need a German to run a Canadian company? Do we not have a Canadian business person? Why does luggage cost 116 a piece per flight? Porter only charges 40 .

Hi @westjet, Thank you for washing away the joy of my vacation by cancelling our flight back home last minute without notice. The worst part? You offered us no assistance whatsoever. We were left to make arrangements for a new flight and accommodation all on our own, with absolutely no support from WestJet. After enduring 48 long hours spent navigating through airports without any help, we finally made it back home. Now, we’re spending over an hour on the phone trying to reach someone at WestJet to get reimbursed for all the unexpected expenses we had to cover. Way to ruin a vacation! If this is how you care for your clients, it's no surprise your employees went on strike. I would GREATLY appreciate being contacted by your support team to resolve this matter.
Can't say much for the passengers whose travel plans were affected by these flight cancellations, but I got to spend Canada Day with my friends and family watching fireworks and getting to sleep in a big, comfy bed. Not saying you should feel happy for me, just putting it out there.
Sorry, this is the last straw, first you announce no strike, then they strike Never EVER will I or my family & friends fly with WESTJET!!! Your words make no difference when you sell tickets then leave your customers stranded...Disgraceful and you don't deserve our custom!!!!You care more about your shareholders and $'s than customers who pay you good honest money!!!SHAME ON YOU!

How embarrassing to be the face of this company. I should’ve known well because of the strike of last year with the pilots. But the way that they know they’re gonna cancel flights but make their customers hoping and think that they’re going to attend their flights, but then cancel upon them like less than hours before
DO NOT FLY WESTJET!! THERE ARE STILL MASSIVE DELAYS AND CANCELED FLIGHTS THROUGHOUT!! WHEN YOU GET YOUR TICKETS AND YOU TRY TO CHECK IN; IT WILL SAY YOU DO NOT HAVE A SEAT! LISTEN TO ME AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
