I just received a tube of this, today. Is there some trick to "opening" the glue? Nothing comes out when I squeeze it, and the needle tip on the inside of the cap won't penetrate anything further down the neck of the cap, and I can't seem to get the cap back into the needle tip once it's removed.
Changing only the crown - when the stem is exposed but still sitting in the watch, why does one have to take the stem out completely? Can't you unscrew the old crown and then screw on the new one? Great video, btw - than you!
I bought my scratch brushes from Esslingers and can confirm that the more expensive Eurotools and Bergeon brands they sell are very high quality. I haven't tried their unbranded ones shown here, but Esslingers says they can be refilled, which is important ---- some of the cheap scratch brushes sold on fleabait and ramaclone (😉) are not refillable and the extend/retract mechanisms are of poor quality, prone to breaking. I did buy the brass and steel brush units as well, but rarely use them. For electronics repair, I prefer the fiberglas brushes.

Someone loosened that caseback for this woman, and had her pretend to unscrew the caseback with a tool known for slipping and scratching casebacks, causing unwanted damage. Avoid
