Hi Rosemary, yes there are lots. It's also really easy just to adapt any recipe to suit your own tastes and preferences. This recipe doesn't feature chilli or peppers so you could just leave out the garlic if you don't like it or have allergies etc. Thanks Gemma Slimming World video team x
I created my own anna and claire in my head when ive listened to you guys on spotify on how you looked etc. I was completely wrong (not in a bad way at all!).lovely video ladies. Lovely to see yoy in the 'flesh!'
Well done to you both! I read your story in the SW magazine, so it was nice to see you speak about your story. Lovely ending. I wish you a long and happy life together. ♥️
Hi there, all the recipe details are in the description. I've copied and pasted below serves 4 2 Syns per serving low-calorie cooking spray 2 large onions, finely chopped 2 celery sticks, finely chopped 2 x 200g cans sweetcorn kernels, drained 800ml boiling vegetable stock, suitable for vegans 200ml reduced-fat coconut milk 100g mangetout, thinly sliced small pack of baby spinach, roughly chopped 1 green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped 4 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander grated zest and juice of 4 limes, plus slices to serve (optional) Spray a non-stick saucepan with low-calorie cooking spray and put it over a medium heat. Add the onions and celery and sizzle for 3 minutes. Tip the sweetcorn into the pan, bump the heat up to high and cook for 1 minute more. Add the stock and coconut milk and bring to the boil, then turn the heat down to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and blend using a stick blender or food processor. Stir through the remaining ingredients then divide into portions. This will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days. Serve piping hot with extra lime slices, for an extra blast of citrus
Hi there, I should think that would be OK (as long as they're not in syrup) I've used frozen ones and they just make the mixture a little wetter so I guess tinned might do the same. Let us know how you get on? Love Gemma Slimming World video team
That sounds a bit different to the weather we're getting in Derbyshire...Which part of the UK are you in? If it's roasting can we come?! Gemma Slimming World video team x
