My Dad used to placer mine up north (40 miles S/E of Barkerville, B.C. Canada) with his Case 1000D dozer back in the early 80's. We pushed in over 14 miles of cat road to his mine. Went through lots of chain in the swamp/bog areas when we would get stuck. It was a great little machine.
