As a subscriber to their platform, I want people to understand two simple facts. One, they have a nice platform. Two their online support is atrocious.
This is a big failure when it comes to content from Smartlead. Highly HIGHLY recommend you don't post stuff like this anymore. It's not helpful or informative in any way. It wastes your viewers' (customers') time. If you're going to aim for posting entertaining content, try something like showing bad cold emails or poorly written ones...and give examples of how to make them better. Just to emphasize again...this video is pointless and a waste of time. You can do better Smartlead team.

At 45 minutes you're saying that you are giving stats of how many emails are actually landing in the inboxes for your warmup emails. Turns out - that's not the case. I've warmed up half a dozen mailboxes for 2 weeks at 100% inbox, 0% spam just to then login to those mailboxes in gmail and realizing that my spf settings were wrong and not a single email was actually accepted in those warmup mailboxes. So - your system isn't actually checking if those emails are landing in the inbox or spam folders but instead just checks the emails that actually landed in spam and reports those back.
under email accounts in smartlead can we have a tag option, so we can tag new emails, and old emails so we can rotate or keep in warm-up? this would help alot to identify them and not mix them with new email accounts vise versa
Hi, what is the ideal ratio for emails sent/emails opened/emails replied? If my email is sending 70 cold emails, how many warming emails do I want to be sending alongside? What is a healthy open rate and response rate for the combined total emails (warming plus cold)? Thanks!
