There are many reasons you can be breaking out. I used to have massive break outs even if i drank water everyday and tried to follow everything what the internet told me. It didn’t work for me 😭 So, i had to figure out what worked for me. I would say that it was a wonderful journey to understand how my skin works and how to prevent it from future break outs!!
