Finally got this! Been trying for two weeks. Your tutorial methods are super clear. I especially appreciate the adding on of each 8 counts to the previous 8. That really help me remember the steps and how they connect, and starts the body memory process. And having the counts on the left, showing where the tags are is also so helpful for me to follow until my body just knows. Without that, I tend to get tripped up over and over 🤣. Thanks again for providing such a gift to the dancing community. I've been sending your videos to family and friends.
@@laurar5328 Tha k you so much I appreciate it. When I started making videos I really wanted to make the viewer like I was really there teaching them. So I try to teach and break it down just like I would in my classes. I hope to have more videos coming soon. I have personal stuff going on right now so I haven't been posting.

The Cotton Eye Joe, (Line Dance Version!), (Don't MESS UP!): Step 1: Tap right heel twice Step 2: Tap right toe twice Step 3: Put your right foot out to the side Step 4: Put your right foot in front of you, and briefly touch it Step 5: Repeat Step 3 Step 6: Put your right foot behind you, and briefly touch it Step 7: Do "The Grapevine", (aka put one foot behind the other) Step 8: Clap Step 9: Twirl, with your right index finger Step 10: Repeat all steps on the other side, (left side; except for Steps 8 and 9)
I learned this this past Tuesday night at Nashville Palace and omg I love this beginner dance. It has some interesting movements! You do it very well too!

I just learned this dance this evening and it’s not hard just fast. Any new learners don’t be discouraged by how it looks, the moves are easy is just rlly fast
