Hello, such a nice video :) The work seems very much my style. I worked for aviation, but I think I will change the industry to IT. I like it like it more and I guess it is more modern... Wish You all the best.
I hope I never become one of those RU-vidrs who upload exactly the same thing, same music, same content, same crap. No real developer makes these videos.
Regarding FAANG I'd say they usually don't care which languages you know as long as you know one (any) well enough to express your CS and DSA knowledge during the interview. The logic behind this is that with good fundamentals becoming productive in (not mastering) a new language takes a month or two. Allow me to expand on this and give an unpopular answer to the question you posed. I think C is the best first language. Mastering C takes a lifetime, it's a hard language in that regard, but I'm not suggesting that. It's perfect for playing with the OS and getting a low-level understanding of all things computers, and it's good enough for learning Data Structures and Algorithms, at least at the beginning.
Agree, what I meant was that if a medium sized company has a Java project and will only hire Java developers, then big tech companies can let them hire you with C++ experience and you can have a time to learn and work with Java. I never worked with C, but I believe it is one of the best languages to learn some low-level stuff
Thanks for such interesting video, i would like to see more videos with Leetcode, such as solved examples with explanation, i think it would be useful for others also.
Short and clear description for beginners. Especially for the part that for the beginning it is worth looking at vacancies not only in the "giant" companies of the market, because work experience can be gained in any company where there is a skillful team that loves their job and is passionate about their work.
