Combo scaling rework is decent, because it makes plays with shit misses more rewarding than just tanking the pp reward. In current state, if aricins play was an fc with 80% acc, it would be worth more that his choke. This rework fixes this.
@@Toxic664 the point is to make that type of score value something Shit like that happens one time in a decade, its not like, for example, Mrekk could ever reproduce his play at walk this way (he tried it many times after)
@@Voidka_ even if a player cant replicate their score right away, they still improve if they're actively playing and eventually will be able to beat that score if they actually put enough attempts into it instead of just forgetting about it right away. If you make a choked score worth almost the entirety of map's pp value, there's literally no reason to come back for an fc from pp system side. The time and effort you'll put is just not worth the reward you're getting
Tip for learning how to keep your fingers on the keypad, Use a membrane laptop keyboard, the buttons are tiny asf aswell so it helps with the consistency, I was stuck in a hospital for 2 weeks and all i had was my tab and laptop, really made a big difference when i went back to my mechanical keyboard at home.

Retry spamming difficult maps doesn't mean pushing your skill cap. Do you think raketapped C rank on freedom dive by lassez faire is worth 515pp? Now imagine this on higher sr maps, people will literally be farming D ranks. I don't think being able to mash 400 bpm with 80% acc is "pushing skill cap". CSR is not about being consistent with your skillset (which is what I think determines a good player), it's about being "good enough" cuz you will get rewarded for pretty much anything.
@@Toxic664 you cant discredit a entire rework off a odd example. no pp system will ever be perfect including this one or the one after it, it's simply about whats the best for the OVERALL game. A example i have is my 6 miss 600combo on Sunglow dt which goes from being 300pp to my second top play at around 620pp. I think a pp system like this is long overdue, if you're capable of 6 missing a 8.8* map you should be rewarded accordingly and not if you where able to get a lucky run out of a hundred where you held combo.
@@esqzk this is an "odd example" because current pp system doesn't reward you for this, so there's not much point in going for such scores. And I'm sure when this rework goes live (which i hope it doesn't) farm mapping meta will adapt as well and high star patterns will easily be abused. But I can give you more examples (every score listed becomes that person's top play): Psiki's 3 mod + NF 82% 2 miss on 10 Things I Hate About Ai no Sukima goes from 547pp to 806pp. poogx's HDDT 88% 9 miss on ChuChu Lovely goes from 182pp to 612pp. splitty's raketapped EZNC 92% 4 miss on Freedom Dive goes from 480pp to 1019pp. You can find a bunch more scores like that where they don't become a top play but still have ridiculous pp values for what the score is. Just go to rework page and sort score rankings by pp difference. Even mrekk's 3 mod on Walk This Way shouldn't be worth 1.3k imo. I don't even agree with my own scores in the rework, like 6 miss on Brazil shown in the video being 302pp, that took me less than 10 tries to just rng into hitting a relatively easy diffspike where as the rest of the map plays like 6*. Or my 1.4k combo 1 sliderbreak on Guilty All The Same going from 303 to 369pp, I didn't fc the map and shouldn't be rewarded for literally nothing. And you're just calling giving everyone more pp the best pp system solution for the game.
i get your point with the whole "farmer getting lucky on no skill farm maps" and I agree with it, but it's always be a problem and always will... it's an entirely different issue that like most recent reworks tried to cover having your rank and pp (which is mostly irrelevant, we just like seeing good numbers) be decided on basically nothing but FCs is just so unfun and demoralizing, especially on longer maps besides they didn't release the rework yet so it might have something related to shitty farm maps idk
from my calculations for 1 miss scores in most cases you get around 90% of pp or a at least like 85% for very short maps like Brazil. 95% is a bit exaggerated but I said that by estimating before actually checking the values. 90% is still a lot

комбо буквально роляет независимо от реворка и мне кажется большинство уже высказалось что настолько маленький штраф за миссы это мало. не понимаю чем тебе не нравится сама идея того что люди буду пушить старрейт а не застревать на 3-5 минутных 6* мапах. по-моему гораздо круче когда игра награждает тебя за сильный плей а не за как раз удачу выбить ебанное фк. фкашить карты будет смысл в любом случае как минимум для лб
Мы говорим про пп систему, лидерборды от неё не зависят. Проблема в том что судя по скорам в реворке пуш старрейта гораздо легче абузить для фарма чем консистенси или дифспайки. Вот два скора для сравнения: L'erisia дт от мрекка и ивахи, первый превращается из 1337пп в 1259пп с 1к комбы из 1200 и 5 миссами, второй превращается из 991пп в 1468пп с 670 комбы из 1200. Казалось бы да у ивахи 2 мисса, а у мрекка 5, но откуда такая разница в 209пп? Если посмотрев реплеи мы увидим что мрекк первый мисс словил почти сразу после первого сб комбобрейка, а все остальные 4 мисса он словил на последнем стриме и слайдере ровно перед ним. А иваха после первого сб комбобрейка примерно равномерно по оставшейся карте словил ещё два мисса и слайдербрейк на джампах. У мрекка скора в два раза больше от комбы, так почему пп должно быть настолько меньше? И интересно ты считаешь что "сильные плеи" ака низкий мисскаунт на сложных картах это не рандом от ретрай спама, а фк это наоборот. Если это так, то почему было столько ппшных чоуков, которые потом эти же игроки не могли даже повторить, тот же мерами с Mou II Kai? Как минимум фк и чоуки стоят наравне по рандому
@@_rivlin_4947 ну пофиксили щит миссы, а фкшить теперь какой смысл если пп которое ты получаешь исправив чоук на фк в разы меньше, чем то что ты получишь если просто пойдёшь дальше чоукать другие карты
с действующим реворком ты получаешь пп за комбо и акку, в новом получаешь пп за акку и миссы, что даже на словах кажется намного справедливее. при всем уважении никому не всрались фк, а если всрались то и с новым реворком пойдут фкашить. посмотри на другие режимы осу там все окей
У меня видимо такая же проблема как и у друга твоего. 4200пп а стримы хоть убей. Сколько не практикуй, и техника правильная, но всё равно сасат. Реально, у меня видимо со средним пальцем анатомия какая то не такая. Тоже начал практиковать, и контроля больше и всё остальное. Кайффы. Я пробовал но не думал пересесть на эту технику полностью. Сейчас понимаю, что затупил
