It will be under the vent hood. I believe they mis cut the stone and they have to go back and cut it so they can drop the stove top into it. The oven will be on the wall to the right of the kitchen.
My second time coming across your radar and the first time seeing you for the first time. Wow that dress and smile made me feel like I was talking to family. The home is lovely , but at my age of 66 I'd like to see something on one floor with similar amenities. Maybe a townhome, corner unit lots of light, small but relaxing backyard for pie and tea before bed. And a place for Jack a dog to keep me from boredom. Gated but not heavily populated. Or 1600- 1900 Sq foot with two masters for guest or family visits. Patio with cook wear and small entertaining area. I'd like to take off some times for mini day or week trips. Not a fan of HOA's but I understand if it came about. Thank you for showing that pretty smile and if I where to but a property sister you would be the face I'd like to help me feel I'd done the right thing. Family on 3, 123, Family. This would be great for a generational thinking family. Three generation type. The world we live in today our families need to become focus on growth without financial pressure. It takes two retired incomes and two working class families along with the grands participating in the future of generational wealth. I grew up with parents and grandparents in the same home. If we could only understand the pass ways aren't working. Families would become closer, and respect and care would lead us to have more than before. May 18, 2024

Finally a home on here that I absolutely love. Plus, it actually has a yard. But no way I'll move my son's to a town with only a 5% demographic of blacks. If they had this in another location then I'll jump on it. Dang, why can't the other properties offer this 😢
Your kidding right so the overnight guests has to take a shower in the primary or kid's bathroom and where will the kids play the only thing I like about this house is the pantry toll Brothers strikes again sorry this house is not family friendly
Well firstly this is not a Toll Brothers home. secondly, the guest’s rooms would be upstairs and there is a hallway bathroom they can use in addition to a Jack and Jill bathroom. Not everyone who buys this home will have kids or overnight guests, so it all depends on the individual’s lifestyle.
Nice home. Definitely overpriced and the stairway is too narrow as well as upstairs hallway. Closets shouldn't have those shelves in them it takes away from them being small as is. I agree. This home should be no more than 600k. And primary on the main is small as well.
