Sarah Poff is an award-winning educator who, over the course of the past 39 years, has worked with 25 principals and taught over 10,000 students, ages two to 102, through her signature mixture of history, art, culture, costumes, music, and dance.
She has taught in public and private schools, in museums, in historical houses, in preschools, in public libraries, in basements, in dance studios, in parks, in churches, in hospitals, on kitchen tables, and even during a funeral!
Sarah’s approach to sharing her love of history is to take the history facts she finds interesting, connect them with her own talents, and translate that content into presentations that engage her audiences through a hands-on, minds-on, immersive methodology.
And while she often presents to adult audiences, her greatest joy has been to inculcate in generations of children her own infectious fascination with history
