You are right! These new electronic sirens are shit! But thankfully Belgrade is keeping these F71's and they are all active! They are building a "Command Centre" for the sirens, so thats why they dont test them. They said when the command centre is done they will test these sirens normally as well as the others (ps: Belgrade added 200 shitty electronic sirens bruh :( but atleast they keeping the F71 active)
Great video! You should try record those F71 sirens with a high quality audio recorder or something since those sirens are very very rare ones and there are only few high quality recordings of them in action.
