Keep it going, bro! I totally get you about doubt, I've tried a bunch of times to lose weight and this time I finally feel like this time I'll never stop. I'm at the lightest weight I've been in a long time but theres always this creeping fear in the back of my mind that I will backslide. This time, I've tried not to let failures derail me. Some days I overeat, some days I don't get out there and workout but I start the next day with the same mindset. One day at a time. You're videos are great, man, real inspirational!
It’s good to hear this perspective especially before a holiday with family. Relapses or falling off track is not a forever thing. You can always get back on your feet today when that awareness comes in and it’s good to prepare for those times that one will slip or just not be feeling the best. I love these talks. Keep at it! 🥰
Hey man, just wanna chime and say I am enjoying the videos. I am also on a weight loss journey, your videos have been very helpful to me! Trying to focus on working out more consistently.
Exactly why I upload these. To help those in a similar situation to mine or those just love working out. I can't say that it's hard for me to workout because I love it so much. I would say try to find a program that has good frequency and that you enjoy doing. The most important thing is that you are consistent in doing something! The results will come!! 💪
I love these videos man.they are really inspiring and I’ve been learning a lot. Been working out for a year, continuing to improve and learn. Love this type of voice over content. 💪
As someone who has always had poor ankle mobility on both i feel ya on that. Squats have always been a challenge to keep form and technique on point. But you were getting nice depth on your squats. 👍🤙
Calories in calories out, good technique and pushing yourself further each week. Do those for weeks on end and all of your goals will be achieved. There's no special exercise or diet that will surpass effort and consistency. Avoid complicating what is simple. Also, real solid technique on your lifts. 👍
Keep it up, man. Don't sleep on cardio. Better cardio will help to improve your work load, and you'll recover faster between sets and won't be so out of breath.
RDLs are such a good hinging movement, you're not missing out by cutting the deads imo. If you were really concerned about covering the range at the bottom you could do some from a deficit (stand on some plates) but I don't think that's necessary as a bread & butter movement. If focusing more on hypertrophy instead of strength, could consider controlling your eccentrics more. I'm active but this video made me feel like I've gotta step my game up too! Idk how the algorithm pulled me here lol but glad it did. Good stuff dude.
I'm not stressing it right now I know that the strength will come back in time and my technical efficiency on deads is pretty good. I'm trying my best to control the eccentric as much as I can but my pain tolerance is kinda low right now lol. I'm glad you came across the video and I hope that you reach your goals!
I mentioned this later in the video. About 1850 M-F and 3200 Sat/Sun. My Macros are not great since I don't have a job I just eat at home. Maybe like 130p and 150f. Less than 10c. Almost Keto but it fluctuates some days I eat more carbs. I try to get more protein when I can
