Hi dear..my 2 nd c section experience is not so good,as I was having nausea throughout my pregnancy and nausea became worse when I was in the operation theatre. But everything is fine after that😊

Ap apna full day diet routine btaiyega. ..winter me mera c section hua. ...me pichle der mahine se sirf kichdi boil rice aloo choka aur raat ko mung ki daal me roti bhigo k kha rhi hai. ...
I haven't cleaned that area specifically.. i bathed full body regularly.. or simply wipe with water..apne doc se consult kriye for specific cream or gel if you need
