Result - not enough houses being built and not enough tax being paid. Ridiculous. Why are the decision makers and rule makers not ensuring things run smoothly, with minimal delays?!

If the council cannot deal with applications - because of time etc. - why not just get on with plans & work - has anyone the time to monitor anything. Get a fixed caravan on the land - 4 years!? As far as houses are concerned - there are some in Tiverton & Taunton around 200,000. Bless Badger.

I am into ' classical Arch ' so pillars & double glazing tunnels - vertical & horizontal - planning mares for the old graded cottage! I'm looking on the net - agents & stuff for our first buy -house/woodland in the South West - probably in need of husbandry or in-house the new spiral plus a conservatory. Could always buy an old castle I s'pose. Have booked my helicopter flight over Wells area for Oct. Bless Badger.

@@highway-hats hey badger The situation is ridiculous atm , I’m looking at smaller projects that don’t involve planning to keep me going I used to do longer ones but people have limited attention span - that or my content is not good enough 🤣 Once I get moving properly (when got planning) there will be alot more action and will naturally be longer I’m just about to put out a free course on best practices to buy and sell properties- it’s not specific to farmers but same principles apply 🙂

We have followed all your videos closely for a long time, and fell in love with Otterhead house, convinced we would one day be there. Personally I would define learned helplessness as when we feel we are unable to control the situation The bit I didn’t across properly in the video was the self doubt that’s occurring - which in turn I would bring into the category of imposter syndrome
From experience, there’s a lot of that in the coding world as well. No matter what you do, someone else is always ahead of you. So the best you can do is accept it, and be the best you can be, not the best that can be. ❤️

When I bought it I found there was an old footbridge on a map right next to it, managed to get that reinstated after a bit of hassle with the council 🤣 It’s got seperate parking now so is completely seperate 🙂

I've never been able to control it. Im back off it again. Day two and early days but i know i can do it. Ive stopped before for 3 years but made the mistake of thinking i could control it. Im a idiot when drunk and nothing good ever comes from it.

Ahh the old Problem of Immediate Gratification 🐷 What seems nice now, but causes pain, sacrifice and suffering down the line! Whilst self diagnosis is valid, it's important to explore medical diagnosis as well. There are options for assistance should you gain medical diagnosis that are otherwise inaccessible. The lens with which you view the world is important, but equally is properly exploring all options and understanding that ADHD affects all that live with it differently. Some far more severely than others. Just a caution: the tone of your video seems to ignore that last part, which I believe to be unintentional. You're spreading positivity and the value of reframing your mindset, which is a hard fight nowadays.
