@@JasonPurdyNH You can't select wich contacts to leave. The program will leave the newest contacts as contact with most actual information. Please mote that this is demo Outlook account and it will work better in a real life (about contact picture lost).
If you want to import more messages, retain the folder structure, add internet headers and have more other options, please use the Advanced version of the utility.
We have different editions with different prices. You can find prices on our website: www.reliefjet.com/Essentials/Purchase The MBOX file is not limited. The program uses system limitation for PST file size. But this limit can be increased if needed.
Have been using this utility ever since I switched over to Outlook. Very useful, very quick - I edit a parish mag and receive most of the copy via email and save them to a folder on my PC. In File Explorer MSG files don't show who they came from or when, convert to EML and all that information is visible - brilliant.
We have Add attachments utility (www.outlookfreeware.com/en/products/all/OutlookAttachmentsAdd), but it will add all attachments from a folder to all messages. Don't think this is what are you looking for. Also we have a Replace attachments with links utility (www.outlookfreeware.com/en/products/all/OutlookAttachmentsRestore) which will save attachments to disk and leave link to it in the message. After that you can use Restore Attachments from Links (www.outlookfreeware.com/en/products/all/OutlookAttachmentsRestore) utility to restore them.
I was looking for a properly working FREE solution for hours. This application (actually group of tools) is really a proper solution for the task. I have used it to import EML files exported from Windows Live Mail under Windows 7, when switching the computer to Windows 10. Thanks goes to the programmers!
This video shows how to generate the reports using the free tool. You need to download and install it. But after that you can do it in Outlook using the add-in.
You can use the utility for selected emails from the context menu. When running from the ribbon the program will save all attachments from the selected folders.
Is it possible to convert multiple .eml files to .msg with free version of this software - I can't seem to be able to do so even tho interface clearly states that it can be done.
Retaining the original Outlook folder structure is a feature of the advanced version of the utility: www.ReliefJet.com/Essentials/Features/OutlookMessagesExportEML
