Every year for my birthday since we started about 4 years ago we have a Taco Cake. It's basically the same as you got here but it's stacked even more. About 2 dozen tortillas. Each layer has something different. Once it's all stacked it's baked in the oven until it's all crispy. After it's taken out of the oven and cooled just enough it's covered in Sour Cream as the icing, topped with hot peppers, guacamole in a piping bag and happy birthday is written out in hot sauce. It's the best cake ever!!!
I just became a new consultant with epicure and is so nervous to do a cooking class but excited, this helped me out so much and hoping I’ll be successful too
