He is showing how NOT to launch in a hight wind condition, the wing control was done incorrectly he should stoped the glider as soon as it got messy. I know sometimes you have to send it but this was over the limit could crash into ground badly.
This is so stupid, to much wind and the pilot don't know what his doing. Not even on a speed fly (small paraglider with less cells) a experienced pilot will do that.😯😯😯
