I did the glitch as the video says but I didn't get the menu to automatically pop up when I got to the nugget bridge in cerulean city maybe because I wasn't able to find a pokemon with 183 special attack? Idk help :(

So how do you find a second trainer after beating all of the scientists? I already beat all the scientists in the mansion so idk what my other options are
My favourite monster in DWM was the Blizzardy. Dran (the dragon) was also a favourite of mine after recruiting him. In general I liked the slimes and some of the birds. The dragons were cool too, but they took a long time to train.
The antguzzler is adorable. I used to call the ones I caught in DWM 'Fuzz' because you only had four characters to work with. I like the rolling attack they gave it in this game.
Watching this (5 years later) while I'm playing through the game myself, and I just went into this gate and managed to scout the wormonger at only 13% or something! He's a beast so far. Though his "attacks" aren't adding as much as I was expecting to the rate while scouting other monsters in this gate so far.
Gotta love how the king's response to a child asking him for help with finding his kidnapped sister is to enlist the child in a grand world tournament instead of, you know, sending out a search party or something.
The gameboy color version of this game was a huuuuge part of my childhood. I know I'm like forever late, but thanks so much for making this series! It's been an amazing nostalgia trip so far~

You could’ve duplicated 2 items by switching the rare candy with other item during the missingno battle then catching missingno (make sure there’s a slot in your party). The second item will be duplicated if you caught missingno!
So, it seems like the Ditto replicating the special stat is the thing that does it? Do you have to kill the Ditto with the same Pokémon or could you have swapped to your Charizard to kill it? If so, there should be a bunch of other special values that produce a Missingno with this glitch, yes?
It probably won't be interesting to you, as it's been over a year but no, you don't even need to kill ditto. All that matters is that ditto copies your pokemons' value of 182-184. If it did that you can simply run from the fight and get out with escape rope, no need to do anything else

@@UCukaWNi1BI97yWzUd-aFMJg I have 1 question. So basically you face any long ranged trainier, fly away, and then head to find ditto. Before that you have to find and kill another trainer.. Why's that? That means you cant do this glitch infinitely since at some point u will have all the trainers killed... right?
Mine always freezes no matter what. Tried a Pokemon with 31, 32, 172 special. All of which are stated to work. Unfortunately it is just crashing my game and ends on an infinite loop of the missingno sound. I used dig to leave the mansion. I wonder if it's particular to the escape rope only?
