I went to Albertson’s and bought one bag of peeled and deveined shrimp I defrosted the bag and let it sit in a bowl 20 cloves (I said 20!) of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, sprinkled it in the bowl, mixing the shrimp and all the ingredients Heat up skillet / pan Olive oil Place shrimp in pan and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes and making sure all the shrimps get cooked on both side…monitor the change in color …cook the shrimps longer if you like a more caramelized texture. One pot of steamed white rice is always welcome with shrimp! Season to your liking, but it should be great as is Thanks.
