That dash looks like its from 2012. They need a serious update. No power tailgate even at $34k is abysmal. The engine is incredibly weak and laggy. This is, simply put, a terrible offering from VW and pretty embarrassing. If they update the dash, put a bigger engine in it that actually works in American driving conditions, and give it a power tailgate, then they will have a vehicle they can sell. The 0% 60 month financing says it all.
I see this all the time in these cross sport videos On the outside they pan around an SE with Tech with Black Wheels 🛞 But inside it’s the higher level SEL R-Line with piping leather seating, ambient lighting and all the amenities Like we’re too dumb to know 😅😅
To open the back gate just kick below the hitch and it opens 😅 2024 Cross Sport SE w Tech No memory driver seat 😢 No ambient lighting. Just blue color digital cockpit

ordered id4 gtx 10/21. Volkswagen want to deliver in 05/22 but still waiting for the car. And im waiting. Volkswagen says, maybe 12/22 or 01/23 they can deliver. I will wait until 12 than FU VW and i buy BMW or KIA withj faster delivering
well that's not reassuring lol I put in an order about a month ago and was quoted it would take a year.... Hopefully their plant in the states starts cranking them out.
Damn design to have a key FOB to disconnect the charging cable ..annoying especially if you are sharing the charging station with somebody to use the cable for use.
