What's with this guy and this bizarre commentary aaout makeup and women's clothes? WHY IS HE TRYING TO SOUND LIKE A 5 YEAR OLD MENTALLY DISABLED GIRL???? How weird.😮😮 I'm unsubscribing right now. I will never buy another Southern Living plant. This crap is beyond weird. It's very disturbing and also extremely disgusting.
I had seen this plant at Site One Landscapes in Apex 3 months ago and thought it was beautiful. They have them in 3 gal containers but I was still concerned since we have gone through some extreme dry conditions and now some heavy rain days. I went out today to look at what they have and almost all were healthy and great looking specimens. The oils and fragrance of the needles is amazing. Now I'll need to select a location where it will thrive but also near enough for me and my wife to clip some for cooking. Tomorrow, I plan to cook some lamb shanks with an assortment of vegetables from my wife's garden and I will definitely include some of the rosemary in the tagine. The aroma is so strong that I may plant it near my hosta to see if it deters the deer on our lot. I saw that Home Depot has a container size 1/2 the size of this one for more money than I paid. I have an account with Site One but my discount rate is not extreme. Very pleased with my plants and the cost at Site One. Thanks, Jim for the great information.
I planted my dahlia and spider lily starters a few days ago (about 1-2 inches tall now) and we are going to see about 33° tonight. Maybe the next night as well. 😮 They are planted in flower beds. All fresh soil. I have thick, clear plastic. Can I lay this plastic over the flower beds so that they also get sun and just leave it there for two days? Will the plastic protect my tiny plants? Thank you!
I looked closely at my Chef's Choice tag today and it is called "Roman Beauty". I have not researched that name yet but I will now to see if it is sold by anyone other than Southern Living.
I love the look now but many of those shrubs will be huge as they mature. I’m getting old so I’m trying avoid shrubs that will need constant pruning to stay 3ft. I’m trying to garden as “one and done” for the most part. This old back can’t hold up to much anymore. Looks great now though. Linda did say she’s up to constant proving to keep them her size.
I love his tall arched support system for his project with shade cloth over it. I can't find that in stores anywhere! Where can I buy that? The tall arched tunnel?
I have just spent more than two hours searching the internet to find a Rosalinda Indian Hawthorn with absolutely zero luck. I am curious how this variety warrants such RU-vid coverage? When it can not be purchased.
