@jamesu as a kid my dad bought next door neighbors honda express 49cc moped I think it was called when that guy got too old to ride it anymore. It was like a 79 model year I think. Almost as old as me. I used to ride that sometimes. Mine was 87 Suzuki fa50 49cc he got from neighbor 3 doors down that I then bought from him.
@jamesu this is upgrading a 9 year old pc with 2 sata cards and bunch hard drives and new front pannel card reader/usb. Bought few new ssds but rest drives were old ones I'm this computer or old ones I had laying around that I think still work. Mech drives are 3x 1tb, 1x 2tb from other computer I built dozen years ago that died. 4 new Samsung 870 evo 500gb ssds for raid 10 for c drive and os and programs. 4 old 860 evos 250gb are in it. 2 other Samsung ssds and 2 crucial ssds I once used for mirror raid in old computer are in it. Got 2 more Samsung ssds still. Trying to figure out what all works still. Most were tested on another old pc build. I want to get an 8 ssd bay adapter. Hot swap 8 ssds out front and only take up 1 bay. I still got room to upgrade with more or bigger ssds or up to 18tb mech drives as I'm running windows 7 still
@@SgtJoeSmith I remember building 7 drive network attached cd towers in the 90s for military publications and Technical Orders. Brings back memories Brother
@jamesu wow cool. Computer building been a little side hobby for almost 20 years. 1st builds were p3 and p4. Fixed some older computers prior. Got 3 others I'm upgrading right now too for shop and office. 3 builds I done topped $4k each. 1 around $1500. Others all were budget rebuilds of older computers I got for free. Swapped mobo, cpu, ram and put in bigger hdd and keeping rest of original computer. Sleepers basically. 😆 The computer I built to run security cameras 10 yrs ago was a $4k build with ssds mirrored for c drive and 4 4tb dvr drives striped into a 16tb for video footage. Next year probably upgrade to 4 18 tb. Or go to win 10 or 11 so I can do 22tbs. It's win 7 too. Most my pcs win 7. 2 micro pcs win 10. 1 Linux. 1 old xp, old laptop that's Vista. I need to upgrade that to 7. Hated vista. Probably got old 98, 2000 and me pc laying around that all still work. Just not active use on network anymore. Saving to maybe play old games i got on again some day like I did 25 yrs ago.
Maybe the safety switch cable or something to do with that system. A couple of days ago, I was mowing with my JD S130 when it missed for a second and cut off. Checked the fuse and went to get my meter and some tools. Came back, found nothing wrong. Turned the key and it started right up. I used it about another 30 minutes and it cut off again. I'm thinking fuel delivery/vapor lock. It was about 90° but I've run it on hotter days. What kind of pressure should those engine operated fuel pumps run?
@hughbrackett343 this is gravity feed push mower. No electrical. Riders and ztrs with pulse vacuum operated fuel pumps like 5 psi or something stupid small. Kohler efi and Kubota deisel in walker brand ztrs it's been awhile but I think like 30 or 40 ish. Refilled tank on this push. Been running another 20 min so far. Rules out rings and losing compression when get hot. I think he had some water in gas from 10% ethanol and humidity.
@hughbrackett343 stihl weed eaters and blowers. Back when I mowed on hot days they would vapor lock and not start until you opened gas cap. So when temp was over 90 we just got in habit of opening tank caps till you hear the pssss come out. Like opening can of pop.
