Hey All - Thanks for stopping by. Please say hi and write anything you wish to hopefully perpetuate a cool vibe! This is not meant to be commercial; unless it's just me doing rando stuff...then bring it lol. I mostly just love live music and travel and all they do to nourish my soul. Hope to share with like minded peeps. :)
Damn it..this Industrial -Cowpoke is just Now clumsily learning how to punch up songs &videos ect on this cotten-pickin cell phone.. But I found the Allman Brothers Band.. The favorite song is 'In Memory of Elizabeth Reed! Live version!
Hope I'm wrong, but I heard they are on stage just barely over an hour with this current tour. 😢 How long did the Crowes perform when you saw them a few days ago? Genuinely curious!
What can I say about the GEM that THIS IS!? Well actually, a whole fkn lot cuz my sis and I were FKN THERE!! This was the closing show to my first EVER/only yet Wanee and IT WAS BEYOND INCREDIBLE (to say the least) This was my sis's FIRST EVER first foray into 'jam band culture' if you will (aside from DMB n JJ Grey n Mofro which I don't hnstly consider one in the same w/ the likes of Trey or even hella lesser known acts who were at this fest so...) and I could not have asked for a better experience for her than the magic that JUST IS Spirit of Suwanee Park n the whole Wanee Fest shabang; it was completely and utterly spectacularly beyond ANYTHING I can truly put in to adequate words! The ONLY thing'coulda made it better at all was 'not' having life just be life'n to the tune of "we only got to experience 1 24hr day pass, not the whole fest n tbth I was a bit salty bout the particular acts we missed. (Sa: Steve Miller Band, Robert Plant and The Band of Joy, I kno there are at least 2 more I can't recall rn but... Anyhoo, THANK YOU @8baseballgeek for posting this YOU'VE HNSTLY MADE MY CURRENT LIFE WHOLE AGAIN IN WAYS I CAN'T EXPLAIN!! BLESS YOU, LOVVVVIN' YOU ALWAYS AND JUST KEEP TRUCKIN' ON!!
God, does this sizzling Southern symphony bring back such cherished memories!!!! How truly blessed we baby boomers were to have come of age with bands like this!!! RIP DUANE and GREGG

I'm so spoiled - I have seen them 9x or 10x times, and with BB King and Buddy Guy, Susan T several times, Greg Allman - I'm with this highly fortunate crossover gerneration - I hear these drum lines and slide riffs in my sleep every night - Derek, Warren, and all the 'conversational' back and forth with these gentlemen non-stop. Lucky, lucky, me.
