The first week I was enjoying it. Although, after that cracks in the code became all to often. The exact legacy issues as Maddden. I don't get why they just didn't create a new engine or totally rebuild the current one. I mean they had 3 years. Idk...maybe the technology isn't their yet ,with physics enough yet besides, just doing rag doll. Maybe UE 5 will eventually change that.
My only problems with the game so far is some of the play calling by the CPU and how many interceptions and deflections the CPU get. It’s like they break on the ball before my WRs do
I totally agree with “flawed but fantastic”. Really my only big issue is how weak the offensive lines are. But even then that’s not enough to ruin the game or anything
@@Howlingburd19 I’ve started to get protections down a bit and it’s definitely gotten easier. I think the o line play needs a buff but if you slide protect correctly it’s not too bad
Imagine a new Kirby Air Ride game that has like an up to 8 player city trial with bigger maps, and maybe even some sort of team mode. Would be hype as fuck
ive been playing this game for like 7 years, and a lot of the criticisms are valid and i agree with them, the end result was not worth 3 years of silence with no major updates, actiblizz makes countless questionable (at best) monetization decisions, and just straight up dropping pve and releasing 3 half baked story missions was and is complete shit, but I also feel like way too many people act like overwatch 1 was flawless and there were no problems whatsoever when there absolutely were. balancing had always been an issue even in 6v6 and it feels like everyone just agreed to pick on the change to 5v5 to scapegoat all their frustrations from 3 years of radio silence. I also think that the reason a lot of long time players are feeling burnt out or that the game isn't as fun as it used to be is because they've been playing the game for close to 8 years straight, of course the start is going to seem more fun, its because we were still learning and there was still new stuff to do, now that there isn't its no doubt its not going to be as exciting or stimulating. sorry for the whole rant, its been in my head for awhile and i needed to put it somewhere. this video was great, i hope more people see it
Thank you! And I totally get where you are coming from - that 3 years of radio silence for the hardcore Overwatch fan base (which I am not a part of - definitely a casual fan) must have been absolutely brutal
Because the hero’s aren’t balanced for those game modes as they currently are (which results in everyone either running baby goats with one less healer or losing) and even back at the end of the OW1 lifecycle all the tanks had been buffed due to locking it to 2… there was a time where you could reasonably run 4 DPS if they were skilled enough if you tried that now even with like a two rank difference the team with the meta comp would win 8/10 times
@@ExclusiveExcellence theres nothing "reasonable" about running 4 dps, in higher ranks having 4 dps just got you rolled (unless you were stacked playing ball mercy quad dps which was meta as a goats counter). it may not seem like it but meta was just as if not MORE important in overwatch 1. if you weren't on meta and the enemy was you got rolled, in overwatch 2 you can choose sub optimal characters and still win past diamond. role queue got rid of the variance of having 5 dps mains all in one game and that's for the better
There isn’t a 6v6 arcade gamemode lmao. As for non-role lock that’s literally open queue which people play; arcade gamemodes barely have any players regardless of the gamemode that week. If you’re confusing arcade for customs then you’re being intentionally combative for no reason lmao
installed it a few weeks ago and yeah... stupid game is still fun. monetisation is trash tho (oh you want this shiny new skin? all right here are 400 coins for you too but it. whatcha say? you need to spend 20 dollars on the rest of the coins because the previous tier is way less coins than you need. discounts you say, yeah right, good joke) yesterday they also uploaded an update buffing tanks and boy being a support main is awful now.
Console is a far better experience for overwatch and most games in general. Pc sucks, if you dont use streamer mode youre going to have people using 3rd party sites to see what you play and then counter pick you the entire game. Also smurfs/hackers have gotten so much worse and there is little being done about it.
every battlepass level up is unstatisfying and unrewarding and just reminds me how much better getting a lootbox was instead of 1 handpicked souvenier they choose to give me.

@KlumpGamez it is an automated system based on how many people reported that individual, there is no human intervention unless it was a prominent streamer/content creator that does OW2 content. The multiple ways it can be abused is many and some toxic folks will attempt to use it to this day. Players also get punished for leaving quickplay now no matter what reason that may be if it was accidental or not. Finally, with how OW2 is designed, it is soul-crushing overtime with little to no fun found in games. I did end up uninstalling it as this game was providing no means to remove the stress gained from irl tasks during the day and ultimately is unproductive to play.
using xbox remote play on my phone over mobile 4g data 2 play halo infinite was almost as good as just playing on a console, it had almost no input lag, n the connection dropping every few mins 4 ab a half second, it really wasn't so bad. using remote play on my xbox 2 play a game i don't wanna download over the next 4 hours n just wanna get a quick dip in also is nice n convenient having a console that would require constant internet connection with the high likelihood of the same issues as remote play on my phone while also never owning a game again would suck, but regardless i think remote play isn't the worst, yet
i do not like it when input delay and visual and sound is completley crippled with remote play. no thank you remote play doom eternal, ill just play it on my switch instead.
Online games through remote play don't run that well and I've heard that even with the Ps portal the experience with constant lags just sucks, I wonder if they would do it like nintendo with the Wii U gamepad, I bet it might be better.

Great video I sold my series x because it felt weird to own a console where all of my games are playable by subscription only. Like i have this engrained look in my mind where I'm obliged to rush through as many games as possible before my monthly subscription ends and I don't like that when i play my games
Also your point about focusing on certain games because you bought rings true with me and several of my recent ps5 games like I'm currently doing with jedi survivor
@KlumpGamez I'm enjoying it but I'm baffled at how buggy this game is compared to the original in so many more ways than one plus I dunno I find the story to not be as engaging as the original but that might be just me because I'm only half way through the game.
